I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
These guys GET IT!!! I've never worked with a more easy going bunch of guys! No pressure, great selection, and best buy I have ever made!! They pride themselves on being the best deal on the internet and they always are.. this is my 3rd car that I've purchased from Hedberg Solomon and I'll be back. Thanks Jared and Troy for an awesome experience.
I have purchased two new cars from Darryl. He is now the sales manager so I guess I'll buy my next one from somebody else. I had a recall on my Ford an appointment at 10:30. 12:45 I'm out the door and everything is completed. Everybody was friendly and the coffee was great. After being unable to deal with conventional dealerships in the Salt Lake area I was so relieved to find performance. They treat you like they want your business not like some idiot that needs fleecing. If you hate the car buying experience go to Performance. It should change your attitude. They have me for life.
I have recently wrecked my Dodge Ram 1500, that I also purchased at Performance. I was looking at potential replacements, but had not received my insurance money yet. Tim Swanson came out and greeted me. I explained I wasn't quite ready, but he requested I come in to check the inventory. I was thinking "oh boy, here we go". We sat down, he got us a nice cold beverage and went to get the inventory list. We reviewed it, and nothing really fit my price range. He went and spoke to his manager Darryl. He knew of a truck just going through the shop. He had Tim pull it around, and we drove it. I liked the truck, but again I didn't have my down payment yet. I filled out the app., and boom! I was an owner. Now this process was like only an hour. The next day they had my truck detailed and ready to go. As I said, this is the second truck I have bought there. By far the BEST sales experiences I have ever had!
Rodney was very unprofessional, I have never been to a dealership that doesn’t go over the contract throughly . When I came in the next day I spoke with a new sales manager named Joshua Chavez , if it wasn’t for him making up for Rodney’s mistake I would never step foot in a Nissan again . If you go to Nissan go to Joshua Chavez . He was very straight to the point and I left a happy customer
We worked almost exclusively with a very friendly Claudia Hasslock who helped narrow down our decision. She didn't push or make unannounced calls/emails unlike EVERY other dealership we went to. The moment you enter the facility you notice a calmness instead of the chaotic nature of dealerships that try to get you to purchase a vehicle by any means possible. The reason being their model of volume sales vs. commission sales. They don't need to be aggressive while still offering some of the best deals we've encountered. Highly recommended alternative than dealing with more commonplace dealerships!
I have been to dealerships of all sorts. This one was not what I thought it would be. I had the same hesitation tjat I had at others but the way they worked with me and never put pressure on me to buy a more expensive car was a relief. All of the associates I worked with(Ward and Misty) were informative and patient. Misty is a miracle worker with a sense of humor that put me at ease. I am totally going back when I need another car. Thank you guys!!
They were great to work with. I suggest Chris Gillespie in sales. Very easy to work with. Only down side is they automatically wanted to have me finance through NMAC which seems to be the procedure and mandatory. Was able to change that easily but hate that to be the default. Overall good experience and I recommend.
We have had very good experiences with the service department at Tim Dahle Nissan in Bountiful.
The Service Advisor Kevin knows his stuff and has always been very helpful. We trust him and the service department and that means a lot to us.
If you come to this dealership (and I recommend you do), ask for Juan Cortes! He really changed my opinion on car salesman he is a great salesman and made it a great experience for my family and I.
