Chris M was able to get me a deal that I absolutely could not pass up. He was friendly and able to answer all of my questions. I previously used Loveland Ford for all of my service needs, but after buying a car from them, will likely never go anywhere else to buy a car either. Great place! It was a quick replacement of a brake light bulb. I was a drop in and took about 40 minutes. I offered to make an appointment but he said it wouldn't take long and it didn't.

So happy McLarty Nissan opened a place in Bryant/Benton! It is very convenient and accessible. I dropped in for service on my 2013 Altima a few months ago and received exceptional service. I told Jackie Harris I was looking to trade for a Nissan Rogue pretty soon. He contacted me August 16 and said he thought I should come look. When I got there, Andrew Carroll was waiting for me. I felt very comfortable with him as my sales representative. He showed me the Rogues that fit what I was looking for and then left it to me to decide. I never felt pressured that there wouldn???t ever be another deal like this one and I was very pleased with his offer. I would recommend him to anyone that was thinking to purchase a Nissan. Also, I???d like to say the finance gentleman, Brad Buie was very easy to understand, he explained my contact very well and took care of all the necessary paperwork. These two gentlemen made me feel like a very valued customer. As an owner of six (6) previous Nissans, I am extremely happy I took the time to visit with McLarty Nissan at Benton this week.

I went to Inskeep with the intent on just trying out a vehicle and ended up buying the 2016 Edge Titanium. I researched their inventory on-line and had an idea of what I wanted. After looking around in the parking lot (I appreciated having the opportunity to look around before being hounded by a salesman!), I went inside and was quickly met by Tom. I told him what I was interested in and he got the keys and brought it up to the overhang so I could look at it without getting wet in the drizzle. He was very professional and informative, answering the questions I had and pointing out additional features, then went with me take it for a drive. When I told him I wanted to discuss it with my husband, he didn't hesitate to offer to let me drive it home so my husband and I could look it over and drive it more. I loved the comfort of the seats the minute I sat in them, and all of the features met or exceeded my needs. During the finalization of the sale, Tom got me a bag to put my belongings in from my trade-in, programmed our cell phones into the vehicle, and e-mailed me later to let me know I had left my sunglasses in my old car so I could get them back. Mark was very professional and friendly in completion of the paperwork and Patrick introduced himself to let us know that if we ever needed anything and Tom was not around, he would be happy to help us. All in all it was a very positive experience.

I knew exactly what I was looking for. I started my search on CarGurus. I found a 2016 Jeep Rubicon at Wholesale Inc. I filled out the deal arrangement on their website for my trade and purchase of the Jeep. The next morning a Wholesale sales representative (Dylan Adams) text me about my inquiry. He informed me that the Jeep I wanted had been sold already. But, he said he could find me just about anything I wanted. I told him exactly what I was looking for and within an hour we worked out a deal on a 2018 Rubicon for a great price. I did 90% of my dealings through text and only spent an hour at the dealership. It was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Dylan and Wholesale Inc. to anyone looking for any vehicle.
I went to another town to search for a used suv for a daily driver. I soon found out not all dealerships are the same. At one I was never even acknowledged being there. Another one was only selling me new suvs. My goal was to save the miles from being put on my 17 Camaro which I also purchased one year ago from this same place. I called and told them what I was looking for and they went right to work. They had a couple suvs brought in from other Don Franklin dealers for me to try out. A couple days later I had purchased my 2nd vehicle from them within a year. I highly recommend this group without a doubt. They are very helpful. They do all they can to provide the best deal possible. That’s why I keep going back! Great bunch of people.

Very impressed with the service and professionalism received. My husband and I never trusted the former dealership after two shady repairs.
