I become as informed as possible prior to purchasing anything so that I'm not attempting to determine if the salesperson is being forthright. I recognize there are pressures upon the salesperson to meet sales quotas, and so I'll seek another person if the first salesperson is applying too much pressure or speaking false. I was very lucky to speak with Todd Brown, and he calmly worked with me to search for and acquire the right vehicle to fit our needs, which happened to be in the Seattle area. While driving back from camping, the check engine light came on. The maintenance crew found a rock stuck in the primary radiator. They took a picture and sent it to me to prove what the issue was. Shawn Wabeke, Doug Butler, and Abel Valenzuela of the maintenance group were very professional and courteous making sure I had transportation, at no cost to me, to get back and forth to work while they interfaced with the insurance company to get the radiator replaced. A lengthy review, but from the purchasing to finance, and through maintenance, this has been a very good experience for me.
