Fantastic Business Philosophy

My wife and I purchased a 2018 CR-V EX-L, and the following day we realized that it did not have a CD player. This was a big deal to us, and so we went from very happy to very unhappy as we felt misled, and that the salesman purposely did not tell us about this new change from Honda. When we let our salesman know we were unhappy, he took it upon himself and researched where we could get a stand alone USB player that would work with this vehicle. We also received a call from the sales manager Sadik, who was very concerned when he heard that we were not happy, and feeling misled. He assured us that they take their team's integrity very seriously, and wanted to discuss why we felt misled. Sadik said that they take great pride in doing everything they can to make their customers drive away happy. It was very refreshing to see a business care about their customers in such a way, to reach out after they become aware of an issue, to try and do everything they can to correct it. We no longer feel deceived and acknowledge there was miscommunication on both sides, and we are thrilled that this dealership is so professional and took the time to reach out. We are happy once again, and will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone we know is looking to purchase a new vehicle. The salesman Bradley Jaggi, and also Andrew Ledford, who did the finance paperwork and add-ons, are both very personable and made a great team. I would recommend buying from them if you ever have a chance. We also worked a little with Brahiam Villanueva, a newer sales associate, and he was also very outgoing and fun to talk with. McCurley Integrity Honda has the best staff around!
