I just bought my dream car from Archibald’s and they made the process so easy!!! I am so turned off by high pressured sales and they are so easy-going and down to Earth! My car died at Bush Carwash. One of their employees, Esmeralda, saw my need and called one of the employees to come jumpstart my car! One of their employees headed over immediately to help me!
All I can say is, if they are this genuine oustside of the workplace, I can only imagine how genuine they are within their workplace!

As an airman in a new area, and a kid right out of High School, this dealership and Mr. Doyle were SUPER helpful. They were very honest with me and had patience with me being far away and taking some time to close the deal. Mr. Doyle was very responsive to texts and calls and went above and beyond multiple times to get more info and pictures of the car for me. I couldn???t be happier with my first car buying experience.
My vehicle was service on a recall. They took the time they said ithey needed to repair the problems. The only suggestion I want to make, is that they should say that the coolant system may run low after riding it for awhile. That’s exactly what happened to me. I drove the vehicle for about 80 miles and the light went on showing low coolant. I was surprised and wasn’t sure what was going on. A person can also get frustrated since it was just serviced. I went ahead and added more antifreeze coolant and the problem went away.
