They seem to be basically no hassel - I didn't end up buying a car here, however test drove 2 cars here. Looked out on the lot for about 15 minutes before going inside to ask about 2 cars I found online. They gave me the keys straight away, I drove the cars, then came in and asked about getting one of them inspected, he said there someone was waiting to buy it, I figured that was just a sales technique to get me to commit to the car and walked out, but sure enough the car was sold the next day. My bad. They seem to have a good inventory of the price range I was looking for 5-7K. In retrospect, I think I could have used a little more help.

I rented this car for a 3 day trip while my car was in the body shop. It was the only midsize sedan option available. I’ve had a lot of experience with Hyundai via a friend and his shop. The shop owner and his family love Hyundai for their reliability and they find them fun. I’ve driven most Hyundai’s and Kia’s as a result. This made me think this would be an ok car for trip. This Sonata is very much a base model. The 2.4L engine does an acceptable job getting the car up to speed for merging onto the highway. You don’t need to put your foot all the way in to get up to speed. That said; the power does feel lacking compared to other cars in the segment. The steering feel was surprisingly good. I keep the car in “Sport” mode the entire time for the steering feel alone. There is a nice amount of feedback when you push the car into a corner. The seats were adequate. My passenger and I never had a case of “numb bum” from the drive. The cabin is relatively quiet and comfortable. It’s no luxury vehicle by any stretch but it is well laid out and doesn’t leave you hunting for controls. The infotainment screen is lack lustre but does work. It’s a bit small compared to the basic offerings from Mazda or Honda. With the amount of real estate on the dash, fitting a larger screen shouldn’t have been a problem. The upper materials are soft touch while the lowers are hard plastic. Hyundai did a good job of hiding the hard plastics though. You likely wouldn’t even notice the difference in materials if someone didn’t point them out. The back seats have a good amount of leg room. If I had back passengers, I’m sure they wouldn’t complain. Overall, not a bad vehicle. This base model did a great job for the weekend and I would rent one again. I would even consider a better spec’d version for a daily car.

I have owned several Hyundai cars beginning with the accent, so every time I'm looking to upgrad my Hyundai. The reason I choose southpoint was because we have been bringing our other hyundai cars there for service. Your service department has been beyond reproach, especially Gilbert the service manager (I think). But anyway his name is Gilbert in the service department. He has integrity, very professional & honest. He has been nothing but fair when quoting car repairs and then following up during and in between and after the work has been done. Gilbert is a true professional and a great asset to Southpoint Hyundai. The other person I would like to mention is Thomas the young man who helped me with my purchase. I first met Thomas through the online system, because that's where I started my search, there was no doubt in my mind that my car was going to be bought at Southpoint Hyundai, it was just a matter of what color Sonata I wanted. I'm a no nonsense person, I don't won't nobody telling me what I want & trying to sell me something. Thomas was respectful from the first phone call until the last. He listened and did what I asked, so my experience was wonderful with him. I would recommend anybody I know looking for a car to go to Southpoint and go see Thomas. If y'all give bonuses then you need to give Thomas a bonus, and if you don't give a bonus then you need to! Car salesmen have bad reputations, but you all can be proud of Thomas, he is a wonderful young man. The next person is Sonny the finance guy, he is a 'Hoot" and I mean that with the utmost respect. When buying a car the finance part is the hardest. Sonny did this part with me effortlessly, there was "NO" stress during this process. Did I get the interest rate and payment I wanted, NO. That is not from Sonny not trying to do the best of me. But Sonny did the best he could with what he had to work with, Me(55357)(56842). So I'm very grateful for that. The other person was Joe the finance guy who wrapped up my deal, he was thorough and professional. At the end of the day the only complaint I have is that I got no credit for the work that I had done on my old Elantra a few months prior to me my buying my new car. Although I mentioned it to Thomas & Sonny during my process, I never got an answer as to if they would give me some credit. The timing belt was replaced on my other Hyundai. However at the end of the day, Hyundai is a great car, and Southpoint is the best! Oh yea did I mention that I drive an hour to get to Southpoint, when there are several Hyundai dealers where I live and pass several Hyundai dealers on my way to Southpoint, but its worth the drive to get the kind of service Southpoint has. This was hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a new car! We secured a pre-approved loan from Capital One and I reached out to Patrick Reeb. We found a 2017 Sonata Limited at a great price. Over $6K in savings due to currently owning a Sonata and me being a US Army Veteran. Patrick set us up with Finance Manager, John Freeland. I'd told Patrick I wasn't interested in any additional items, i.e. Extended Warranty, GAP, etc... John was very respectful of my request. He simply asked me a few questions and for my own benefit offered us a 10 yr/100K mile Bumper to Bumper warranty that added a few dollars a month to my payment. Peace of Mind is one of the reasons why we've just purchased our 3rd Hyundai and this warranty at the price he offered us was just the right thing to put our peace of mind at the max! Eddie Gomez was our Delivery Manager. He and Patrick made my wife's experience getting into her new car just perfect! They even set us up with myHyndai Bluelink. Completely unexpected, this Sonata can be unlocked, engine start, Lights turned on and many other features all through our iPhone! Just absolutely love South Point Hyundai! We could've chosen any other Hyundai dealership, I am so glad we chose to return to Patrick and his supporting cast! In & out in less than an hour! I referred this dealership to several friends and co-workers the day after I purchased my vehicle. This is not the first time I purchased a vehicle from Don Hewlett. My first experience was in 2006. That experience was identical to this experience in that I researched vehicles online, was immediately contacted by a salesman, and followed up with a visit to the dealership. From that first internet contact to closing the deal, I felt as if I was the only customer they had. Here's what I liked about the dealership: Walking into the dealership feels welcoming in that the cars (the product) are on display. I've been in other dealerships where all you see is a bunch of people milling about. Patriotic pictures (including Texana) are on display. As a military veteran, that appealed to me. Everything is immaculately clean and in good repair. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me promptly. Carl Staves, who started out as my salesman, became my new friend. As a senior citizen, I have purchased many new cars and I abhor the negotiating process. The salesmen always seemed to be the "middle man". I've gotten to the point where I just want to deal with the manager and not have to go through the middle man. However, the industry doesn't work that way. This is the first time I EVER felt like the salesman represented my interests fairly to the manager. I felt like Carl was fighting for me to get the best price possible. Carl did not use cliches like "what can I do to earn your business" or ask "if I can get the price right, are you ready to buy today". Had he done so, it would have interfered with the process because I would have tuned him out. Because he didn't, I felt like an individual being listened to. He took the time to patiently demonstrate features on the car. This is very important because there is so much technology on the vehicle and it can be overwhelming to senior citizens. This example alone is important enough to refer all senior citizens to him to buy their next new car. After the purchase, Carl followed up with me several times to ensure I had everything I needed and to answer questions, which of course I had. This proves that the sale doesn't stop once the contract is signed. The finance personnel, Jeff Grazioplene and Buddy Shepperd, were great and did not resort to high pressure sales tactics. Neither did they "sulk" when I declined their products. I purchased accessories from Jerred and he was very informative about the products and also offered fair pricing. I would like to add that I do not live near this dealership but the way I was treated and the price I got - including the price of my trade-in vehicle - was worth the distance it took to drive there. This purchase was an expensive one and the most important thing I can say is that the deal was great, I was treated fairly, and I walked away a very happy customer. Happy customers make more happy customers.

my 2017 sonata performs very poor at low speeds up to about 50 mph. Also ride for any distance very uncomfortable. Seats very hard. I have purchased 2 elantras and this sonata and this one rides and performs the worst of all.

Scott Stark, Jim Raney and Jim Hayth.....I would like to express my OUTRAGE caused by one of your employees....Tommy Gregg....I'm on my 3rd vehicle with South Point....I've NEVER had a bad experience until today....I've been bringing my vehicles in on Ladies Day for maintenance and upkeep since I got my 1st car.....before today I had NEVER been told I should make an appointment...I just knew to get to the shop early so I didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting due to the ladies day special....I arrived at South Point at 6:20 a.m. on August 10, 2017.....I've been doing this since I got my 1st car....I was met by Tommy Gregg, who seemed pleasant at first, when he asked what I needed, I said I want to get my car serviced....reply....what kind of service.......I said the ladies day special oil change...he then asked me if I had an appointment.....I said no...his response was WELL I have 8 people ahead of you (WITH APPOINTMENTS) his tone and the way he was coming across put me on the defense because he made me feel as if I had done something stupid by showing up without an appointment....at that point I let him know (very abruptly) that it didn't matter about the 8 people who had appointments at 7:00, (8 people scheduled for 7:00......really) I still needed my car serviced....I went to the desk to ask if I should have scheduled an appointment and I was no but that it could cut down on my wait time.....I was really feeling as if I had done something wrong.....no one had EVER reacted in that manner before they just let me know I would be taken of and I've NEVER waited long periods of time even though I had no appointment so I couldn't figure out way his attitude came across like it stupid for me to just show up.....another customer sitting there was commenting on the fact that the service ladies weren't there today, (just making small talk) when another employee came in with big smile and a big good morning to everyone letting us know he had brought donuts....the other customer and I commented on the service ladies not being there and the gentleman simply said they weren't there any longer......this employee was standing at the door with his hand on the handle....his back was to the door and he wasn't able to see Tommy approaching the door....I was shocked at what Tommy did.....he didn't even try to make the gentleman aware that he was coming in.....he yanked the door open which caused the other employee to stumble slightly....Tommy barged in without even saying excuse me, I'm sorry are anything else for that matter.....if I thought he would just open the door like that without at least trying to let the other person know he was about to open the door....I would have said look out someones coming in .... Tommy's overall behavior was VERY RUDE......I do not wish to have ANY dealings with him in the future....he REALLY acted like he was superior to other people.....in addition to that when my car was brought to me, I didn't realize until I had left, there were greasy hand prints on my passenger door inside my car.....NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE TODAY.....

I had never considered leasing before and initially rejected the suggestion but Tim Palmer laid out the benefits of leasing (including the option to buy the car at the end of the lease) vs purchasing outright (primarily, the immediate depreciation that occurs when you drive your new car off the lot). After a bit of back and forth over the options and the monthly payment, I signed up for the lease. Got home. Had a bit of a panic attack about it as I questioned my choice. I'd come in for an oil change on my 2013 Accent and ended up talking trade-in with Tim; skipped lunch and by the time the whole process was over I was a bit lightheaded and later, after a meal, the old attitude toward the idea of leasing instead of buying came up. I called the next morning and expressed my concerns. They told me they could hold the paperwork and to come down and we'd go over everything, and if I wanted to buy instead of lease the car then I would have that option. We went over everything (again) and the lease felt right to me. I appreciated that I was allowed the time to reconsider. While there are aspects with regard to the lease that differ with owning - primarily yearly mileage restraints and a greater (almost paranoid) level of attention to the condition of the vehicle (birds are my mortal enemy and I'll happily park and walk rather that squeeze into a tight space where someone might ding me) - I don't regret the choice. Besides, if I end of purchasing the car at the end of the lease, that extra attention and care will pay off. And I love my Elantra GT, so that end-of-lease purchase is likely!

This was scheduled as an express service, on a Monday, despite it being a "B" service on my 2016 E-350, a fairly large routine service package. Sure enough, by the time I had gotten through my emails and required answers, the service was done and the car washed. This was despite it being a very busy Monday. This is the 4th MB I've bought and had serviced with MB of Austin, since 1998. I've always been impressed with their service.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This is by far the second best car that I've ever driven. The control is phenomenal, the display helps with keeping my eyes on the road. The option of controlling the shift or allowing the car to automatically shift is a great addition. Highly recommend purchasing one. Most reliable vehical that is cheap for repairs.

Going on my 3rd month of ownership. My first foreign purchased car and let me tell you I've driven numerous varieties of vehicles & trucks and this car drives so so smoothly and if you're not careful a speeding ticket will sneak up on you because literally the pedals are very sensitive a utilizing the minimalist pressure applied when driving is my suggestion cause the lightest tap on the pedal and you'll think you're driving the speed limit and be going 90 miles an hour that's how sensitive the pedals are. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase thus far and I pray that my new Road buddy keeps impressing me.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

This was hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a new car! We secured a pre-approved loan from Capital One and I reached out to Patrick Reeb. We found a 2017 Sonata Limited at a great price. Over $6K in savings due to currently owning a Sonata and me being a US Army Veteran. Patrick set us up with Finance Manager, John Freeland. This car meets all of my needs...great gas mileage, good performance, plenty of leg room ans can seat 4 comfortably. The only complaint is the lack of a back-up camera and Nav system/touch screen display. In my opinion all cars from 2014 and newer should have these features as standard options as they are very inexpensive options. However there are plenty of aftermarket factory style plug and play options out there for about $200 so not a real loss if you are a DIY kind of person. This is my 2nd Hyundai, bought my wife a Santa Fe XL two years ago that we also love so overall the car is awesome and I'm 100% sold on Hyundai products!!

Let me start by saying I was not planning on having to buy a new car at this point of my life . I have looked at five or six different dealerships within a 50 mile radius of my home in Pflugerville , Tx. I am not an easy customer to deal with in an issue like this because I really just did not want to buy a new car ! The greeting at the door the friendliness of the staff and the patients that everybody had with me as I was trying to make a plan to find something I could be happy with .... was / is outstanding ! I am on a budget I did not want to go out of my price range the finance department did everything they could to work with me on that and my salesteam did everything they could also . I have been in tears a few times during this process because as I said I just did not want to get rid of my car ! I haven't had a car payment in about 25 years I just could not justify that but now push came to shove myself into a new car! Trying to work around my work schedule also was a huge issue and each day that went by as we work through the steel they were more than willing to work with me and continue to work with me as we are going forward . Final steps of signing on the dotted line is happening and I am ever so thankful that it is happening with this dealership ?????????????? Five stars and then some is what you can expect from the service and the team with Southwest Kia ! I am amazed how Santa Claus has fit this whole dealership into his gift bag and brought it straight to me in the format of this experience 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Great interior space; love the dual comfort controls, the heated seats and the heated steering wheel. Really nice to have a charging pad built right into the console for cell phones. Remote starter is now done via cell phone and an app versus a separate control on the key chain. Blue Link is provided for 3 years which included On Star.

I had never considered leasing before and initially rejected the suggestion but Tim Palmer laid out the benefits of leasing (including the option to buy the car at the end of the lease) vs purchasing outright (primarily, the immediate depreciation that occurs when you drive your new car off the lot). After a bit of back and forth over the options and the monthly payment, I signed up for the lease. Got home. Had a bit of a panic attack about it as I questioned my choice. I'd come in for an oil change on my 2013 Accent and ended up talking trade-in with Tim; skipped lunch and by the time the whole process was over I was a bit lightheaded and later, after a meal, the old attitude toward the idea of leasing instead of buying came up. I called the next morning and expressed my concerns. They told me they could hold the paperwork and to come down and we'd go over everything, and if I wanted to buy instead of lease the car then I would have that option. We went over everything (again) and the lease felt right to me. I appreciated that I was allowed the time to reconsider. While there are aspects with regard to the lease that differ with owning - primarily yearly mileage restraints and a greater (almost paranoid) level of attention to the condition of the vehicle (birds are my mortal enemy and I'll happily park and walk rather that squeeze into a tight space where someone might ding me) - I don't regret the choice. Besides, if I end of purchasing the car at the end of the lease, that extra attention and care will pay off. And I love my Elantra GT, so that end-of-lease purchase is likely!

Plenty of room in the interior, both front and back . Adults can comfortably sit in back seating. I had the Sport model and loved the heated seats in the winter. I would still own this car if I hadn't been offered a great deal on a newer model.
