I went to Patricia office to explain my problem and right away she made me feel safe, and comfortable. Patricia was so professional, thoughtful, kind and understanding that after talking to Patricia I felt relieved from the stress that I was experiencing. Right away Patricia took care of the situation. It is a great feeling to know that there are people like Patricia Medina that takes there job serious and care about the people they work with. Jack Goldberg is the best and got me the best deal on my new Mercedes! I live in NYC and when I first went to a dealership near my house they didn’t have much inventory and I’m addition didn’t really care much. I called Ray Catena and was able to find the best deal possible with the lowest monthly payment possible. Jack gave me additional 100 miles for free to make up for the travel time. We found ourselves looking for a car in a very buyer unfriendly environment. After several discouraging experiences at other dealerships (including our previous Mercedes dealer) Ray Catena of Freehold was a refreshing experience. When we showed up our salesman John Farrell was ready for us with the vehicle we were interested in. The Manger Leigh stopped by to say hello and I was promptly connected with a representative to take me on a test drive. John was incredibly considerate of our time. Rather than sitting to wait and keeping us hostage at the dealership, he ran the numbers and called me later. We quickly agreed on a price and 24 hours later he delivered the vehicle to our house. In total I spent no more than 90 minutes driving, negotiating the agreement, and signing paperwork This is the most pleasant and easy experience we had buying a car and we have been working with Mercedes Benz for the last 10 years. I cannot recommend this dealership or John Farrell or Leigh Farrell more highly.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

I went in and because I chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo I knew I was gonna have a great experience. I got the car I chanted for I walked in with little credit and walked out with the car I wanted.

Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!
