I don't like expensive handbags or shoes, I like cars. My new Impreza is my 15th vehicle, and by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. This is my first Subaru, and first Subaru dealership experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. They were super busy, that is a good thing, and everyone was being well taken care of. I had to wait for a salesman to help me, but during my wait I was constantly checked on. Offered coffee and water, coffee always makes me a happy lady! When it was my turn, Harry Moseley was my guy. He addressed all my needs, wants, and concerns. He offered zero pressure, did not try to talk me into anything I didn't want or need; that is a rarity that I greatly appreciated. I had to do a special order for the specific vehicle I wanted. I was kept well informed of the progress, and they were spot on with the delivery date. When my car arrived, Harry took the time to answer all my questions, and showed me all the awesome features the new Impreza has. My five year old son enjoyed this experience as well. The salesmen were all super friendly with him, most dealerships are annoyed when you have a small, curious child in tow. They won my boy over quick with the selection of goodies at his disposal. They even gave him a MoonPie to go! Even more impressing, we have to actually drive our new car home the next day, and they all remembered his name. LOVE it, love the entire place. Highly recommend this dealership, and a new Subaru to everyone.
