I have been buying cars for a very long time. I have dealt with many stereotypical car guys and I have never met a sales professional like Chris Anderson! Why this guy isn’t in management somewhere I don’t know!
Stopped by Grace auto just to look at a car on the way to another dealership and they could not have been nicer and more professional. They are a great place to buy a car and we will buy from them again.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
My daughter was in need of a car. I had shopped at MW Auto before so decided to take a look at the inventory. Was quite pleased they had a vehicle under $5000. She took a test drive in the car and liked it. I gave them a call and we worked out all the details over the phone. She picked the car up 2 days later. Amazing!!! Where else could this happen?? CarLotz sold me a 2015 Honda Civic. Jarratt, the salesman, was straightforward, knowledgeable, and provided great service. The car itself is clean and in good condition. No pressure sales tactics or shady negotiating. It was a great buying experience.
I have nothing but praise for this dealership and it's employees, which are all second to none. A couple of year ago I've purchased my first used vehicle at this dealership, not knowing WHAT to expect of a used vehicle, but gave it a shot as I gifted my Camry to my daughter to use at college. The vehicle inspection on this vehicle was so thorough, that in all my years driving the Tuscon I had not a single days of trouble with it. My only expense was filling up with gas, the annual oil replacement and a one-time brake and battery replacement. When I was in the market for another vehicle, I immediately thought about Pearson Mazda due to my previous experience and their track record. I did not regret it. After multiple test drives and comparison research between the Tuscon, Rav-4 and XR-5, I've decided on the Mazda XR-5 and cannot be happier with my choice or the most impressive and effective customer service provided by James Balsamo, Joseph Jackson and Kevin Johnson. They are all absolutely outstanding professionals that take excellent care of their customers, knows their product and are easy to work with. My overall experience with Pearson Mazda was superb. I purchased my first vehicle with them back in 2004 and another for my daughter February 2018. Now it was my turn to purchase a vehicle. My 45th birthday gift to myself. My search started about a month ago with Joseph Jackson. He was very patient and attentive to my needs. He listened to my wants and needs and found the perfect vehicle for me. I could not find a CX-5 that I liked in my price range and had begun looking for other vehicles. A week or so had gone by and he called me and asked me to come by and give him a chance. I did and so glad I did. He found the perfect CX-5 for me in my price range and color I wanted. That is commitment. You don't find that nowadays. I was not forgotten about becuase I did not purchase the other vehicles from him that I test drove. He kept me in mind and as soon as he saw one he thought would be to my liking, he reached out. Joe Jackson job well done! Thank you for being persistent, but not overbearing. You made my car shopping experience Fantabulous! I would like to add that everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous. Kevin Johnson was extremely helpful too. This is our third Subaru, purchased through Harry. I think that says a great deal about this person. If we didn't feel like we were being treated fairly, we would have never purchased the first one. We love the car, but that is only half the story. The dealership is like a family member to us. The people in the sales, service and parts departments are first class. I am always treated as if I am their most important task for the day, and they do everything in their power to accommodate me and my request. They are good at providing advice, but not before they listen and understand what it actually is that I am requesting. As I tell everyone, they treat me like family.
Team was helpful over the phone, had the car I wanted to look at ready when I came in, and then even pulled several models side by side so I could choose which trim I wanted. I made it clear from the start what my budget was, and they worked hard to keep me in it. I ended up choosing a slightly higher trim level, but they were respectful of my budget by not then trying to oversell me add ons to keep the costs closer to what I had budgeted.
Found the whole experience refreshing. A salesman that actually listens. Harry is very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go that extra mile to understand what is needed. I agree with the other reviews, and I couldn't add more than a big THANK you.

Harry Moseley helped me purchase a new Subaru Outback. He listened to all of my "old lady" questions and provided easy to understand answers. I told him this was my first experience buying a new car on my own and, rather than trying to dazzle me with extras I didn't want or need, he did his very best to explain what I needed and why. I've been driving my new Outback for about two weeks now and LOVE it and LOVE Harry!!! He made it one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new Subaru.
I have always had good service from this dealership. It began when I purchased my vehicle, a 2016 Legacy. I liked the way the car was customizable; I didn't have to choose between packages. I wanted leather seats but not a sunroof and was able to opt for leather seats without the other options that I didn't want in that package. They have been courteous and timely when I have taken the vehicle in for routine service. I have really enjoyed doing business with them, which is something I can say about very few dealerships!
