I stopped taking my car to Subaru years ago because the service intake was rude and patronizing. It felt disorganized and hostile. Instead, I was very much impressed by the change in the atmosphere, the improved facilities, and a truly helpful attitude. Matthew oversaw my intake, made sure I was comfortable in the beautiful cherry read Outback loaner car. He then followed up on an obscure part I need for my 2004 Subaru Outback. What's not to like?
