Hector was the advisor and he didn’t have a clue to what was wrong with the vehicle. 30 days later he was just as lost as the day I had it towed there.

Took my car in for a radio issue. Had an 8 am appointment. Service provider told me they would assess and let me know. I get an email @ 1 explaining the plan. I approve the plan thinking it would be fixed. I email service provider and text him to check on my car. I didn’t hear anything back from him. They closed this my car was at the dealership Saturday and Sunday. I emailed again Monday morning and called Monday morning. No response. Finally Monday afternoon I call and get ahold of the service provider only to find out the part is 7-10 days out. They kept my car for three days and didn’t fix it. Now I have to take it back in a week. Such a disappointment.

Fuel Injectors service Update
I want to update my last review. I said the only negative was people not wearing mask. I meant to say that the employees did not wear any masks. I saw only couple of employees wearing masks. I am aware of the governor's mandate but still businesses needs to protect their employees and customers.

Nice truck buying experience
Truck buying experience went well here at Dallas Dodge. Salesman Fabian was a nice young man and very knowledgeable able the trucks. Dallas Dodge was the only dealership in the DFW area to have trucks in stock with all the features I was looking for. No high pressure sales, price was as advertised. Only downside was waiting a while for truck to get detailed to drive it home because they were short handed that day.

Where do I start this is the second time this has happened after waiting an hour in half for a simple oil change no tire rotation or anything just drain the oil replace the old oil filter and put new oil in it second time I’ve asked them not to do something and they still did it last time it took two hours for a simple oil change the manger it’s the any help he doesn’t want to fix nor resolve the issues would not recommend
