I called with a hole in my sunroof making my only car not

I called with a hole in my sunroof making my only car not driveable. Abel was amazing, calling to verify he could get the glass, and then fitting me in the next day. I had my car back in 24 hours and with a complimentary wash. This wasn't the Acura dealership where I got my car, but this is the Acura dealership I'll go back to.

Everything was fine, as far as the vehicle purchase.

Everything was fine, as far as the vehicle purchase. We didn't spend an extensive amount of time with sales people, document signing/preparation. However, after having the car for about a year and a half, the battery died one evening(after operating hours). That being said, I had no choice but to go and purchase a battery from Auto Zone. When I went to visit the dealership about the '100 month warranty' that the sticker on the battery refers to, things basically went south at that point. Upon provision of my receipt for the battery purchase, I was told that they'd review the matter and see what can be done. That was in August, and I still don't have any update/compensation for the batter I purchased.

Acura Service Department Team

The Service team at Acura did an exceptional job from start to finish with servicing my vehicle. There was a miscommunications with my initial appt but they were able to rectify the issue and schedule the work. I want to give a special acknowledgement to Maddie and Lisa. They communicated with me the entire time and keep me updated on the progress. Thank You Acura Team!

Acura MDX 2016

Andrew Harvey is My Service Representative. Andrew always sets up my services that need to be done and explains everything about the Sevice for My car. Andrew is very nice and I feel very comfortable and Trust Him. Andrew answers All My Questons and Makes sure I have a Loaner car for Services that take awhile.I Love Driving my Mdx and Im very Happy with my Service at Tempe Acura. Thank you so Much for being so Awesome!

Great time at Tempe Acura.

Good experience as always. Will be back. Staff is friendly and the there wasn’t a long wait time. I haven’t had a great experience like this at any other dealers.

Maddie and My iLX

Maddie Creer is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. She answered most of my questions before I could even ask them. She seems to have a gift for Customer Service . I am repeat customer for multiple Acura's and she rememberers my name! I can not say enough good things about her! Great Service Experience!

Great Job!
