service problems

Service dept. spent 3 hrs working on car's navigation system. Car was released, but the problem was not fixed. We took car back, and were told that a part had to be ordered, and would take 2 or 3 days to arrive. We were supposed to be called when the part was in. We never received a call, but when we called two weeks later, we were told that the part was in. After installing the part, the clerk tried to charge us for service which was under warranty.

My experience

Our sales representative, Tony, was absolutely great. Personable, knowledgeable, wasn't the least bit push. Just made the whole experience comfortable. Never before have I been in a dealership that made me feel so at ease. The financial guy, Rick, was also wonderful. Just an overall wonderful process.
