STeet Ponti Ford - Great Service, great experience

Second time I purchased a Ford F-150 from Steet Ponti Ford. I dealt with the General Manager, the sales manager and the salesman, all were great. Treated me like I was the only peron in the whole world who was purchasing a new vehicle. It is good to know that there are dealerships that still treat people like family. I will definately steer people (who I know who want to purchase a vehicle) to Steet Ponti Ford. Great people to do business with

2nd new purchase Bronco Sport

Bought a new Bronco sport in 21, recently traded in for new and upgraded. Got ridiculously amazing deal , AGAIN Service is always great - both sales & service - to see Mel he doesn?t play any games

Outstanding experience

We worked with Valerie and Mel on the purchase of our Nautilus. They made the entire process, effortless from the moment we arrived out the door, less than an hour and a half. Mel took us for a test drive, went over all the features very meticulous and enjoyable experience overall.

Recall

Brought my car in for a recall. I was called by advisor who said the reservoir cap broke and they needed to order a new one. This was on a Friday and I left the car. I was called on Saturday that the car was ready. I picked it up on Monday. They usually wash the car but it had not been washed, I received no receipt and the cap had not been replaced.

My 2023 Ford Escape lease

Over all, my leasing experience was good. There were a few bumps along the way - having to get new plates because we couldn't find the registration paperwork- but nothing that was overwhelming. Dave Abdoo is a great friend and excellent salesperson. Tony helped a lot when Dave couldn't be there when I picked my car up.

Leasing a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport

I've been coming to this dealership for close to 40 years. I have always been happy with the sales people and the great customer service. They go above and beyond in both categories. Some faces change or people might leave, but it does not change. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
