Great Service!

Our F350 diesel truck was brought in for service. From the moment I entered the facility, Cindi was offering to help. We thoroughly reviewed the list of items and Cindi was concerned about how long it would take to complete the list since I told her I would wait for the truck. Because of this, Cindi checked on me several times! Cindi also gave me status updates and told me a couple of the items didn?t need replacement. It is so refreshing to not be sold something you don?t need! If you want high quality, honest service at very fair prices, Steet-Ponte Ford is where you should go!

Steet Ponti never sent out my title

Bought a car from them in December and never received the title, 8 months later I called on the title and was told I should receive it soon . I called them non stop for a week until they broke down and told me the title was still there and never got sent out . Thank you Doug Valentine for lying to me for 8 months .

Had to take my Bronco in as a service light came on. Something about power train. The computer had to be reset.

I always enjoy taking my car in for service. The service department is friendly and clean and make you feel comfortable. Dave my sales guy always stops to see me and makes sure everything I okay and see how I am doing. They treat you like family.
