The people at this dealership were extremely helpful. The production of the Taurus has already been stopped by Ford so I could only get what inventory was already out there. Maplecrest didn't have the Taurus version I wanted in stock, but Marla at Maplecrest went out of her way to search other dealers within a wide radius and found the car I wanted. I had also contacted other dealers in my search and they all basically just blew me off saying they didn't have inventory and the Taurus would be hard to find and made no effort to look for one.

James was easy to work with during the entire process. His pleasant and no pressure attitude made for a relaxing buying experience. He gave me a great price on the purchase and on my trade in. James kept me informed during the day via text messages while they were adding some accessories to my truck. He did a great job with explaining all the features on my truck to ensure I get the full use out of the vehicle before driving away. The rest of the staff was great also. I highly recommend Maplecrest Ford in Mendham!

Bill was a great salesman, when the truck I originally came to look at had some issues, he quickly showed me some other options, that I actually liked better! Bill David and Tom all did a great job making me feel like I was getting the best value for my money and that I walked out happy. I will be back in 3 years when my lease is up for a new vehicle!

Micky is knowledgeable, very professional and helpful. He was very easy to talk to, and no SALES PITCH. We really felt that he was there to help us rather than to make a sale to us. Micky was not the typical CAR SALESMAN! (We met with another car salesman at a different dealer the day before, and it was not a good experience, it left a really bad taste in our mouth.) Micky is different, he made us feel like we were having a conversation with a neighbor or a friend. The process was simple and straightforward, no one tried to sell any additional services to us. All the staffs, especially the ladies there were super friendly and helpful as well. Thank you!

Marla and Bill were both great. Marla answered all the questions I had on the phone and then when I actually went into the dealership, Bill worked with me to get the exact car I wanted. Even though I went in a little late in the day, Bill was able to get a car from another lot delivered and I was able to leave that night with keys in hand.
