Charles is the best.

I’ve never purchased a car through Charles or Maple Crest of Mendham, but me and chuck have known each other for a while. I must say purchasing my 2016 Ford Explorer was and probably will be the best car buying experience ever. I can confidently say that if anyone is in the market for a new or used vehicle, go see Charles.

Chuck is one badass xxxx!

My husband bought his car a few weeks ago from Charles at MapleCrest and had such a great experience so it made sense we should start here for my new car search. Charles was professional, personable, and very easy to work with. He was honest about financing and answered all my questions. As a woman, buying a new car can be intimidating, but Charles made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The whole process was smooth and easy. Awesome service, and great guy all around! I love my new Ford! Thanks for everything Chuck!

Marla marla marla

Marla sealed the deal for me. Marie went above and beyond as well. They are not your typical car dealership. I honestly loathe going to car dealerships and dealing with sleazy sales people but these are not the type. They are professionals and honest professionals at that. Rich was nice too but he needs to meditate but hes a nice guy as well.

James the car salesman

James was very considering to our financial situation and helped us get a brand new 2018 Ford Edge fit our affordablely. He was just as excited as were to get a new car. Marla the manager was helpful and spoke with sincerity over the phone and that helped us come right over to Ford and work with people who are caring.

Great experience!

This dealership is very upfront with pricing, was courteous and made the whole process very easy. We had an out the door price established and it was honored. Would definitely do business again!

Right car, great price, easy process.

Found the Ford Edge Sport and couldn't believe the price. Met with James and between test drive and paperwork probably spent a total of 45 minutes. Straightforward and trustworthy are my two takeaways. Plus, Maria in finance was really efficient.

First truck purchase

Maplecrrst was recommended by several friends and it did not disappoint. With just a few questions over the phone Tom and Mickey had a vehicle waiting for me to test drive. After a lengthy drive, Mickey went through the various features that could be added or subtracted to the model I liked. The lot had plenty of trucks to look at and one in particular met all of my requirements. The negotiation on price were straight forward and less complicated than my previous experiences. I would highly recommend the dealership and Micky Hendricks to anyone looking at a Ford
