The whole experience couldn't have been easier or nicer!

Maplecrest is such a direct, friendly, no-runaround dealership. I've bought or leased more than a dozen vehicles in my life, and Maplecrest is very unique in how they do their business with you so transparently and without any xx. Really appreciate them. This is my second vehicle transaction with Charles Countryman, and he is an incredibly diligent, smart, respectful, and honest salesperson. He's my only go-to from now on.

Awesome buying experience!

This is the second time we have used Charles and once again it was a smooth and enjoyable expeirience! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Not your normal car salesman, he's top notch, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bought my 3rd truck from Maplecrest Ford

This was my 3rd time purchasing from this dealer and as always it was an easy and great experience. This time i found a new saleperson - Charles Countryman. I cannot say enough good things about Charles as he guided me through the process for nearly 5 months as i bought a Raptor and that is time it takes for completion. Charles was very attentive and was there for every step. You will also find that he is at the dealer and around the floor nearly every minute they are open so he's easy to find. The sales managers Dave and Rodrigo are both top notch as well.

Awesome Service Experience

Just got my car serviced at Maplecrest, and couldn't believe the level of service I received! Not only did we get a free (gorgeous) loaner car while they serviced my vehicle, but after getting under the hood, they called to recommend specific services (explaining everything in detail). I accepted some services, deferred others for a later time, and when I went to pick up my vehicle, I got a full report detailing exactly what they found, what they recommended, and for the items I deferred, I got recommendations to have those serviced next time, along with detailed (written) explanations why. It was amazing. Incredible experience! Thank you Mike and Team!

Above and beyond

I've always had great things to say about the service department but now I can say Maplecrest Ford as a whole is top notch! Working with James S in the sales department was an incredibly pleasant experience. James was very helpful and not pushy in the slightest. He knew what I was able to afford and he and the team did everything they could to help me leave today happy. And that I did! I was able to leave with a certified preowned vehicle that looks brand new! I HIGHLY recommend James and the team at Maplecrest!!

Recall for My 2016 Hybrid

Always pleasant and willing to serve the customer. Part was replaced and done quite a bit shorter/quicker than I expected. Professional and good folks to work with.

Routine Service and Recall Service

We received a recall letter the day before the appointment for routine service. The service advisor was able to add the recall to the regular service appointment so we did not have to make an additional appointment, saving us from having to make two trips.
