Very Friendly, timely and professional

From the very beginning both Charles and Marla, were very friendly and welcoming. Throughout the whole process Charles was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all questions I had. I appreciate the no BS approach and never felt like I was pressured into making any decisions. This dealership is actually a bit of a trip from where I live but they were the only ones that had a reasonable deal on the specific car I wanted. This was my first purchase at this dealership but based on my interaction with Charles, this is where I will be going back for any future car purchases. Great Service

I have 2 fords that we have purchased from Maplecrest. The service Tech are always fantastic. Brett answered all my questions about my repair. I even had a cell number so he could text when my truck was really. Thanks Brett.

Great experience!

Mickey was so helpful through every step of this process - a true professional! Dave worked with us on a great payment plan. Marie, Marla and Donna went out of their way to make the administrative process simple and easy. This is now our 5th purchase from Maplecrest as there is no need to look anywhere else as they are the best. Taurus under warranty

Very pleased with repairs, especially not buying the car from this dealer. Appointment kept, paperwork completed quickly, loaner car ready and pulled up to service. Multiple texts and emails notifying me when car ready. Superior customer service! If I buy another Ford, I'll be going to this dealer and forgetting about where I purchased this car from.

I submitted a review for my service visit already, but listed my appointment date incorrectly. My service date was Tue. May 29. As previously stated the entire service department is staffed by a great group of employees and they are always pleasant and helpful.

Excellent overall experience!

This is my first time dealing with Maplecrest Ford of Mendham. I have dealt with many auto dealerships and this was a very different experience. My salesman was Charles Countryman. He made the overall process practically stress free. He was straight forward, direct, and didn't try to pressure me into anything. That also goes for the finance manager...No pressure into extended service contracts, rim contracts etc... Everything was explained, but no pressure. That's what made this purchase different. Thanks Charles and team for a pleasant experience.
