They made the process easy!

Staff was very friendly and personable and made the process easy. Mickey was my salesman and met every expectation I had. I have already recommended others to buy from them.

Tires for my Fusion and a New Truck, please.

This week, Maplecrest Ford of Mendham installed a new set of Continental tires on my 2016 Fusion and tracked down a new 2018 F350 crew cab truck with the features I needed to tow my Airstream trailer. I am good to go now in both vehicles and in the words of an old cliche, "a very happy camper." They have taken excellent care of the Fusion from the time it was new and I have no reason to think they'll do less with my new truck. They've earned my respect many times over for the professional relationship they bring to customer support.

Quickest Car Purchasing Experience Ever

I have never had such a quick, and hassle free car buying experience as I did at Maplecrest Ford of Mendham. Marla contacted me minutes after I submitted a request for a trade in on their website. She gave me a quote my trade in and the Focus RS I was looking at and made an appointment for me to stop by in the afternoon. Once there, I was greeted by Micky who went on the test drive with me, and afterwards, to my surprise, kept the quotes for the trade in and the Focus RS that Marla provided to me over the phone earlier. Other dealers had given me quotes over the phone, and then changed them when I came in in person, so this was quite the surprise. I completed the paperwork with Dave, who presented the various service packages they offer, but didn't try to pressure me into buying them. Marla, Micky, and Dave are true professionals and made this a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car.

Great customer service!

I went to a few dealerships looking to purchase an all wheel drive car. I had an idea of what I wanted and Charles was very helpful in finding the car and letting me test drive it. He was very busy that day but he still was able to help everyone so no one was waiting around. He also was very helpful when I called him to ask a question and knew exactly who I was. Overall this was a great experience!

Great price, excellent service!

I was looking for a used vehicle and Maplecrest Ford had just what I was looking for. David and his staff were wonderful to work with. Charles provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Maplecrest Ford of Mendham.

Personal and customer oriented

You rarely hear “great experience” and “purchase of a new car” in the same sentence, but Maplecrest Ford of Mendham (and specifically Charles Countryman) changed that. His open honesty, lack of subterfuge and complete absence of “pushy” is what won them my business and will ensure my continued business and referrals.

Excellent Buying Experience

Received a certificate through Edmuds for a great deal on a 2018 Ford Explorer. The dealership honored the deal and made the entire process very easy for my wife and I. No haggling and no pressure. We left in our new car that night. Charles Countryman was our dealer and he was very helpful and extremely patient with us as we had our 3 year old and 5 year old in tow for the visit. Will definitely be a repeat customer here and would recommend to anyone in search of a new car.

This dealership is top notch. From Mickey, my favorite salesman. Who asks what I want, to delivering more than I expected. For at least my last 3 F350s. And then going over everything even after the sale. Dave the General Manager making sure everything is in order. Even Tom the Manager with a hands on approach was there to answer questions and inform me of some features I didn't realize I had and tell me about other models features. The service department is top notch and have even shown rather than just tell. This is the friendliest dealership and although car buying is not my favorite pastime, this group of people make it enjoyable. I will continue to buy from and refer them to my friends
