Maplecrest Ford

I have gone to other dealers with other makes of cars. I have never gotten the attention and personal experience that I have at Maplecrest Ford in Mendham. In addition their service department is kind, knowlegable and timely.

Very helpful and has patience with all my question. also explain the way the escape Operation .the wipers,The syne,the head lights, and all the features ,and the price was right.

Friendly sales staff, manager and business specialist. As always expected at a car dealership, there was the ever present after sales selling attempt at warranty and other protective/maintenance stuff. We didn't feel worked over and the reps understood, "no thank you" or "we'll pass on that." Vehicle storage lots definitely need some attention. Overgrown with weeds and vehicles were not organized by type or model.

This is our third car from Maplecrest, one purchased, one financed and the most recent leased. The salesman, James Skuraton, was very helpful and managed to get me the pricing I wanted. Leasing this Escape was one of the easiest things I've done as far as car buying goes. Everyone at Maplecrest is friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Leased a Ford Fusion. This was perhaps my 5th leased car (first Ford). I have never had such a positive experience leasing a car. Brian McHugh, a Maplecrest salesperson, was the best. He made the entire experience so easy and painless. I am now a lifelong Ford and Maplecrest customer. Thanks to all. Oh, and I adore my Fusion.

My salesperson James Skuraton was pleasant, professional, answered all questions, offered drinks and really took an interest in my vehicle purchase. At no time was there any pressure, even when I told him I was going to think about it overnight. The sales manager Dave Cozza worked with me on the price, and trade in, and at no time did I feel pressure, that I had to buy that day. If your a Met fan you will think your dealing with Ron Darling as Dave has a strong resemblance to the Met pitcher. He even signed a baseball for me !!! LOL. When you are tired of the Highway pressure and dealer scams, visit this dealership, you will be glad you did.

It is such a rarity to fully enjoy the purchase of a new vehicle from start to finish anymore. I therefore felt the need to write a few lines about my experience at Maplecrest Ford of Mendham with Salesman Charles Countryman. Initially I decided to go with another dealership as the offer was identical however after reading some customer reviews I decided to proceed with Maplecrest Ford and I was not disappointed. From negotiating the deal at the very beginning Charles was up front, honest and to the point in terms of what is possible and how if at all it could be achieved. Charles made me feel at ease about the deal by being very responsive and attentive. At the very end Charles really proved to me that I could and should expect the highest level of customer service from a car dealer. Thanks to Charles and Maplecrest Ford my car buying experience bar is going to be set pretty high going forward. Thanks again for an awesome experience. Michael

I have purchased 4 vehicles over the past 2 years at 4 different locations across the area. This has BY FAR been the best experience I have had. The staff is extremely professional and courteous.
