I bought a 2016 F150 from Maple Crest Ford at the beginning of April. The sales representative I dealt with was Charles Countryman, and I felt that he did a great job. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and very easy to talk to. Dealing with Charles was a good experience and I felt that he, and the rest of the staff at Maple Cres Ford, did a great job of discussing price and financing in a way that was easy to understand and very respectful. Something that was very important to me was the fact that at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. At each stage I felt that I was treated like a valued customer.

This dealership has it all over highway dealers . nice people no heavy acts at 72 i don't need the acts not my first rodeo. enjoyed the leasing of my new truck. .

I recently returned from an expat assignment out of the country and had to purchase a car. For me buying a car rates the same as root canal. However, Frank at Mendham Ford new my trepidation (I told him) and he walked me through all the steps and explained exactly what the cost was and what he could do. Compared on all the websites I still apparently got an amazing deal. I would recommend Frank and his team should you want to buy a Ford anytime. When my wife and daughter arrive, we are going back to Frank.

I recomend this dealer, I had great experience with Micky, the sales person, no push, explains everything and took care of everything Only thing the paper work took long time, but that is with any dealer.
