Perfect Car Buying Experience

Great Deal, personal service and very family friendly staff

We went to purchase a Ford Fusion Hybrid and was delighted to see the selections available. Micky Hendrick is one of a kind sales person, who is both professional and cares about the benefit of his customers. The adoration he gets from his previous clients through their letters is a good indication of his sincere intention to help you in all ways. Really enjoyed the experience. He took more than his share of work time to explain us all the functions of the car's operations and really provided excellent insights, as well as smooth processing of pricing and all paper work. Easiest car purchase I have made! Charlie, our finance manager was a great help as well, who is both well experienced but at the same time humorous and takes the time to hear you and give you the best options.The service warranties were all well explained with options to opt out if you feel you do not need it. No pressure to sign for things you do not want, and as mentioned before very family like treatment with the staff we interacted with. They really do help to save you significant purchase costs in the end. Rarely, do we see a dealership who has the best intentions for their customers. - this one is a rare gem. We know where our next future car purchase will be from, for sure.

Great deal from awesome dealer!

Brian washed the car and prepped it before we got there and stayed with us until past 9pm, put up with us feeding and changing our newborn baby while giving us a great deal on a car loan and sale. Many thanks to Brian and his crew in Mendham!

Very Satisfied

We purchased two vehicles from Maplecrest this year and were very satisfied with the dealership. The sales associate we dealt, Charles Countryman, with was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting and locating the vehicles that met our requirements and we felt that the sales terms were fair and reasonable. Minor issues encountered after taking delivery were handled responsively and helpfully by the service department.

Great Experience!

James was very helpful and friendly. I am always nervous and uncomfortable in a car dealership due to past experiences, but James made me feel at ease and comfortable with this car buying experience. I also bought a great car with a great deal. Thank you James!

I am still in shock-Easiest Experience EVER!

I can not say enough about how easy an experience I had at this dealership. They made buying a car easier than a weekly food shopping trip! I usually dread the whole process, but I walked in mid afternoon with a car to trade in and I left with a new car within a few hours. I didn't have to stress or haggle at all! I had done my research and they played no games with me. Everything I wanted I got without a fight.

Comfortable and professional interaction with everyone . . .

Having always dealt with a dealership owned by close friends before I moved to New Jersey, I was very surprised to receive the same personal attention at Maplecrest Ford from James Skuraton. This 2016 Escape is my second purchase from this dealership. Also, during the past two years, the Service Department has been most courteous and accommodating for oil changes, etc. Fortunately, the 2014 Escape never needed any repairs.
