Brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance.

Brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance. It?s 13 yrs old and not driven a lot. Met by Chris who took care of everything with that process. Great professional customer service and explained everything throughly. I could take my vehicle to other maintenance/repair places but this dealership and staff was the only FORD dealership place in the area who made me feel they cared about my car and satisfaction .
