My repair department contact, Johnny was informative and

My repair department contact, Johnny was informative and answered all my questions. He also made efforts to get my work done quickly as I only have the one car and had to wait at the shop to get it fixed. He helped me avoid having to rent a car.

The service department is awesome.

The service department is awesome. Candace Waterman was my service advisor and she was very pleasant and professional. She got me in and out in a timely fashion. I would recommend my friends & family to her and Jim Tidwell Ford service department for all there automotive needs.
