Quick and courteous! Got my recall done in just a few hours on my 2025 Maverick. Scheduling my appointment was easy and dropping my car off was easy!

Scheduled appointment on the phone, when I arrived to

Scheduled appointment on the phone, when I arrived to drop it off they told me it would be 3 days or more before they looked at it. Rec'd a text that they were bringing my car in the shop for assessment. Never received:d a follow up text saying what they found. 24 hours later they sende an estimate via email for 4900 dollars to repair my sunroof. I tell them NOT to proceed, so I can take it elsewhere..When I arrive to pick up they sunroof is wide open (it was closed when I dropped it off) Took an additional 35 - 40 minutes for them to crash wrap the open roof. Really bad experience. I found another repair shop that specializes in sunroof repair right down the road and the worst case scenario price from than was less then 2k.

Excellent work.

Excellent work. Trying to get Service Manager on the phone is a problem. I left messages for him and he never called back. Even let the service advisor to tell him and no response.

Always have a great experience when taking my car for

Always have a great experience when taking my car for service. Clean environment which reflect pride in work. Great customer service staff. Have a valet service if need which is great for work.
