Daniel Goldstein was my salesman during my purchase at Jim Tidwell Ford. Daniel is the man! He worked with me on pricing, did everything a good salesman does to write business. My vehicle had a dent in the driver side door I did not notice until after I left the dealership. I called Daniel about it and he hopped in his truck and drove to me 45 minutes away to take pictures and schedule a repair. Daniel is my guy, will definitely consider buying another vehicle from him in the future.

The customer service received on 03/11/2025 was great and that is why I keep bring my car back for servicing.

Made a reservation for maintenance and arrived on time.

Made a reservation for maintenance and arrived on time. They took my truck right away and it was ready in less than 2 hours. They kept me informed by text which was nice. The service agent had my records and I had enough points to cover everything! Awesome service!
