Chris was great!

Chris was great! Kept me informed through the whole repair process. Never have had a bad experience at Jim Tidwell. Always have been great! Would recommend them to everyone!

I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla from Jim Tidwell

I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla from Jim Tidwell Ford. While I appreciated the vehicle being dropped off to me on Saturday, I was later informed it had failed emissions and would need to be driven for 200 miles before retesting. It?s concerning that the vehicle was listed for sale without passing inspection. I was placed in a loaner vehicle, but it has now been three business days with no update on the status of the car. This lack of communication is disappointing, especially right after signing a purchase contract. Finance Manager Case was helpful, but overall customer service needs improvement. I?d appreciate an update on the vehicle as soon as possible.

Terrible service.

Terrible service. Service rep was rude and not true full with repair estimate. Sold my Ford and after owning several through the years, I doubt if I would buy another!

Was satisfied with the repairs on my 2017 Escape which

Was satisfied with the repairs on my 2017 Escape which had to get its face led transmission replaced through my Fidelity warranty. The Shop was backed up but my service rep Justin was able to get this completed and it runs great as bew.

Horrible service tech but great customer service from the

Horrible service tech but great customer service from the front desk staff. They need to bring back the service manager Josh Bass. The shop has gone down since he been gone.

Tech was great and explained the process. Daunte advised when he was coming out and handle the repair quickly. Awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend the auto home repair.
