The staff here is friendly and courteous. I always know when to expect my vehicle and it is always ready on time. Everything is always done correctly and so far all my experiences here have been only positive.

Lack of communication was ridiculous.

Lack of communication was ridiculous. 41/2 days to do oil change , brakes, and a recall item. I could not get an answer from anyone. I finally had to turn it over to my spouse and was finally able to speak with the service manager

Great service by VC.

Great service by VC. He found my car and had it delivered in a few days. He was very knowledgeable about the Bronco. The pickup and purchase process were easy. I would buy from him again.

It feels very personalized when you’re there.

It feels very personalized when you’re there. It’s a big dealership but you don’t get that you’re just a number feeling . I’ve used them for service and just recently bought a used truck from them . It was a pleasant experience

Jonathan Maran is the best service advisor in the

Jonathan Maran is the best service advisor in the business. I had service done on my truck and he went above and beyond to make sure myself and my 2 year old daughter were taken care of. I have never been more impressed with a company than I was today. I am convinced Jim Tidwell ford is all about the people.

I have nothing but praise for the Jim Tidwell Ford

I have nothing but praise for the Jim Tidwell Ford Service Department. We began coming here in 2023. On April 24, 2025, Justin, Service Advisor, took care of our our 2020 Ford Escape. I was there to get an oil change and tire rotation. The tech completed a multi-point inspection and found our battery was near expiration and tested poorly. Shortly thereafter we had a fully serviced vehicle and a new battery so we can travel with confidence. Another great job done by the crew at Jim Tidwell Ford.
