Cadillac Service

Came in for some maintenance for my vehicle, guys done a inspection on the entire vehicle. Let me know that i had a few issues that needed to be looked at. Was able to get all my work done that day and even got a car wash. Great job Ryan and all the other guys on the team!

Always a great experience when I stop in for service. Whether it’s just an oil change, air in my tires, or a repair, they always accept me with open arms and keep me up to date on what’s going on with my vehicle.

Amazing Job

I came into the dealership to get an oil change. I didn't make an appointment. Tina told me she would try an get it in right away. She did a wonderful job to go through all the paperwork with me. I was very impressed with her level of customer service. I will definitely be back

I recieved the VIP treatment throughout the process!

Napleton's Cadillac dealership worked hard for me to figure out how to give me as many discounts as possible to reach my financial goal. Justine was aware of my goal and Demian worked the figures as best he could. I decided on a Subaru and set up a time for delivery. Scott, Demian and Justine had a meeting about my decision the next day and Scott called me personally. Scott really wanted me to stay with Cadillac and he made that happen by adjusting the price again. I really appreciated their kindness to me during the whole process and loved the roses Justine presented to me!

Tire issues

I came into the shop with a tire that was loosing air. They got me right in, found out that I needed a tire. Once done they brought it around front for me, it was a nice and easy process.

Great Service

Brought my car in for a weird noise and they were very fast about detecting what the noise was. The price was great and the people were super nice!

I am from Nebraska and went to Napleton specifically because I trust them to do a good job for me. I always buy new but this time needed used. I had heard about Gary Judd from others who have gotten their cars through him. I can’t believe the beautiful Subaru Forester that I purchased was in such good shape and everything I would have wanted in a new car. The drive from Nebraska was totally worth the time.
