Couldn’t find the salesman Matt Schmitz that I worked with in the review section, but 5 stars to him as well! Todd the sales manager was very accommodating and honest! Will be doing all of my future Subaru needs with him from this point forward!

totally disappointed with napleton Subaru. when telling...

totally disappointed with napleton Subaru. when telling them about my bad experience with them. there response was. that's to bad. in a smart butt tone. sell you the car. now leave us alone. don't bother us anymore. 2 times I brought it in for oil changes both times they did it wrong, when I confronted them with it. they said there was a disconnect.. meaning me. this came from a religious lady who plays all the games trys to act innocent. these people are wolves. don't business with them. you will live to regret it. keith browning totally dissatisfied.

My lease was coming due to expire and sadly I was not going with Subaru this time so I just needed to turn it in. Timand Gary were their for me to help me through the process even though I wasn’t buying from them this time. No pressure and made all to easy thanks a bunch

Fantastic Staff

I came in for some recall work on my Subaru. Shaun got me checked in and told me I would be working with Ryan for the rest of the time. Shaun was very friendly. When my car was done Ryan checked me out, went over the work they did on my car and went over the multipoint inspection. Together they made sure I knew everything that was going on. Definitely will be back.

Napleton Porsche Buying Experience

This review is for Napleton Porsche. This is all the same group called Napleton Autowerks. I worked with Jon in sales and he was very nice and not pushy. Went for a test drive and there was no push to buy right then and there. I had driven miles and they had given a negotiated price already so there was none of the hassle of price negotiations. The car was originally advertised as CPO but the CPO paperwork was not completed with the Manufacturer. So after making a deposit went back. Picked the car the next day with full paperwork ready and CPO warranty showing on Porsche website too. The review is primarily for Jon who made the experience worth a review. He followed up on all open items after I had made the deposit making sure they were completed including an open recall. Even after I had driven the car home, he has been responsive in answering questions and sending proof of service and work done on the car. Overall, the best experience I have had as compared to previous car purchases. And as always do your research before going to any dealership and ask for everything you need to ask.

Typical dealer rip off service center! My car is...

Typical dealer rip off service center! My car is sabotaged every time I am there. Currently my car has excessive rattling from a cover they loosened when I brought it in for the airbag recall. They have cut my exhaust so that I needed a new catylitic converter. When I didn't let them fix my car, they parked it on the lot & I had to go find it

Welcoming the New Year

I am pleased to Welcome the New Year with my New CT6 Cadillac from Napleton Autowerks. It has everything I wanted in a new car. I have been a customer of Napleton Autowerks for many years and my Sales Person Justine Brugger has made my experiences in purchasing my new cars a Superior Experience. I want to thank her for all her personal touches and the time she has spent in making me familiar with all the features in my new car. Thanks also to Demian Wright in management, and the service staff that keeps my Cadillacs in tip top condition.
