Buying our first Subaru vehicle

We were treated with respect, and a lot of effort went into locating us the vehicle make and model of our choice. We were dealt with in a professional manner, as we had done a lot of research into making our decision on the purchase of a 2019 Subaru Outback.

Best in town

Always friendly and helpful. There was a problem with a rear tail light being out and was not caught when first inspected, but was caught and repaired before I the shop.

Post service issues twice. Both service issues were...

Post service issues twice. Both service issues were minor. Had oil changed first time; wheel damage. Oil and tire rotation second time before road trip; tire monitoring system alarmed; all four tires found at 26 pounds, not the required 33 front and 32 rear!

GREAT service Great Savings and knowledgable dale

All the way from California to buy my 911 . Troy Vail great salesman and his team are very knowledgeable, with ease of buying and shipping. Would do it again look no further especially if you are a COSTCO member.

Amazing staff

I had routine maintenance done on my Subaru, Ahlysha was my advisor, she was upbeat and friendly and kept my up to date on everything. Never disappointed.

Found a jem hidden near a corn field

I found a 07 Porsche 911 Targa here. They have a Porsche franchise . Troy took great care of me and I picked up the 911 gem. My dream car! Thanks Troy

Not the cheapest but the best

I bring my Porsche here for service. I bought it used from a friend and it had a couple issues. I was afraid to take it to just anyone since it’s a Porsche . I had heard they have a great tech. Mike checked in my car and gave me the details as I waited. While sitting in the waiting area (nice btw) a guy came up to me and asked what they where doing with my car. He seemed genuinely concerned. We talked for a half hour. Turned out it was the Porsche Manager Troy. Nice guy. Anyway to make a story shorter they did an excellent job on my car and even hand washed it. Thank Troy and Mike!
