bad service. and rude

if you want terrible service to your car. napleton in Rockford, il. is the place to be. they are not on your side. sell you a car. and forget the service. they have your money. from buying the car, service is rude and arrogant, smart mouthed. I wont go back to napleton Subaru for anything. word of mouth is your best advertisement. word of mouth is your worst kind of advertisement. they should have been honest and up front. get everything they promise you in writing

Always a Pleasure

When I first was bringing in my Subaru for service Chad Hauser opened my door and greeted me, He handed me off to Mike Palumbo who took care of my vehicle the rest of the way. It was just routine maintenance, he got me in and out and even made sure my car was washed up when it was done. I expect nothing less from the service department here.

Knew what I wanted and they delivered.

I walked in knowing the exact model I wanted, they had a few in transit. I picked one and was driving a new car home hours after it came off the truck. Great experience.

The Best of the Best

We would like to thank both Nick Perkins and Demian Wright for a wonderful experience negotiating a lease on our new CT6. This is the second vehicle that we have leased from Napleton Cadillac and we have had great customer service each time. They go the extra mile to make sure that you get what you are looking for. The delivery was seamless and very thorough. Going above and beyond is their method of doing business. It will keep us coming back!

Lyn’s experience

Dealer is easy to work with and eager to please. My previous lease was coming due for renewal and I wasn’t sure what I wanted for my new car and they spent all the time I needed to feel comfortable with my new car.

Not Trustworthy

Advertise an Escalade as a CPO car on this site, their own website, on the carfax, and several other sites. When negotiating a deal was informed the car was pre-certified. What is that!? Of course I could pay $2195 to have it certified (as advertised). Dishonest, deceitful and should have their cadillac franchise terminated. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great dealership

No complaints at all. Second car I've bought from them. Both times were great experiences. Matthew Vincent was the perfect salesman, not pushy, very thorough in his demo.

Frustrations

It was one frustration after another after the sales even from the sales aspect of this experience. I won't elaborate as I have expressed my issues and frustrations. All I can sum up: i regretted making a purchase from this dealership. My trust level is very low.
