Very helpful, courteous, and professional. Explained all aspects of setting up the car for use with the new version of computer science added to this year's model. We thoroughly understand the lease agreement. Will continue to do business with you

Recent visit

Today I went into Napletons after dealing with another service certain whom seem didn’t want my business. The service person Shaun was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. This is the only place I will bring my car to.

Quick and easy service

In from out of town visiting my mom and got a flat tire. Ahlysha was able to find a tech that could patch it for a reasonable price. I was very happy with the service I received here. Will recommend to my Rockford friends and family.

Very happy with this dealership

I am very happy with this dealership. I bought my Subaru there when it was new in 2011 and I have been taking it in for service there ever since. Everyone is always very nice and helpful. I have been very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this dealership.

Fantastic experience

Came in for first oil change on my Subaru Forester and met my service writer Tina Ward and she greeted me with a beautiful smile and positive attitude. She walked me through all aspects of the service, and it was done promptly with the time she had given. The car was clean after words and she walked me through the multipoint inspection to a point where I could fully understand. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically this service writer for any service needs. I will be returning every time for any service needs.

Amazing customer service!!

Brandon Campbell was more than helpful. He eased the process of car buying. He was always available to communicate via text, email, or by phone. He was able to answer my every question. And I had tons of them. His service is appreciated and I really wish more sales people were as dedicated as he is. Thank you again Brandon for the positive experience.
