Fast, Painless Car Buying Experience

My husbands car bit the dust. We just had our second child and knew we needed a bigger vehicle. We did some research as everyone does and had a few different models in mind. But the one scare that's always out there is price. How can you find an affordable vehicle with everything that you could possibly want? Large, safe, SUV with third row seating, with low miles and good safety ratings. Well Nick found us our perfect match. He showed us all of the amazing Subarus that are available at Napleton, but they just weren't the right fit for us. Then he said, hang on, I've got a GMC Acadia that I think you are going to love. Well folks we did. As soon as I got behind the wheel to test drive that bad boy I knew he had to be mine. Nick went over all the specs and gave us full disclosure what we were looking at for the car and the finances. A few hours later and we were driving off the lot with the only car that I have ever truly loved. Thank you Nick!

Tim was easy to work with and he explained so many features.

So far so good. Lots of things yet to learn. Really like the back-up pictures and the adjustable driver's seat -- I've gotten shorter with age and being able to raise the seat is a perfect solution.. Tim guided us through all the literature. It will take a while to learn all the good things this car will do. This is our "forever" car and I've been told is it is a great car if you drive in snowy roads -- northern Illinois has lots of those!

Great Experience

My wife and I were not looking forward to the new car buying experience but Nick made the it easy and helped us get a great deal. Would highly recommend working with Nick to purchase a new Cadillac

Amazing

I've always hated the thought of dealing with a car salesman. After talking to Nick not only did he make me feel comfortable but the amount of knowledge he had on cars was astounding. Highly satisfied with him and the vehicle!

Amazing!

I had to replace a flooded car and came down from Madison,WI after coordinating a purchase on the phone. Everyone I dealt with was amazing and they had me in my car in about an hour from the time I walked in the door. Nick and Jaci in particular were a great help and wonderful to work with. Thanks to the team from Napleton Autowerks for a great experience!

Excellent experience

Saw Nick about a possible trade in. He was knowledgeable and professional. Provided me me with all the information on my best options. If choosing to buy a car from this dealership i would choose Nick as my sales representative. Made feel extremely comfortable in a possible buying experience.

Love my Subaru!

Mike Price was excellent to work with! From the test drive to the negotiation of our preowned Subaru, Mike was professional and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured and he was very helpful in answering any questions. We never felt rushed through the process either. After the purchase was made and the plates were on the car, Mike took the time to go through the car's features and operations, which was very helpful to us. He also offered his availability if we had further questions. We felt he went above and beyond to make us feel like valued customers! A thanks to Jim Horst for explaining the financing, and Gary Judd for expediting our negotiation. This is our first experience with Napleton, and it was so positive that we will recommend them to others. We love our Subaru Impreza!

So easy! Great people there helping you!

Everyone was so helpful and nice! Jordan and Gary were awesome! Jordan helped me pick my car out and sat with me explaining everything in great detail!! I couldn't decide on what I wanted to do so I left and returned the next day and Jordan was more then happy to continue to help me decide what car was my best bet!! I totally recommend this dealership! You won't regret it (:

Best customer service experience ever :-)

I have always done business with a different dealership in the past. I wanted to change this time around so I chose Napleton :-) the staff made me feel like family just an all-around amazing experience they jump through hoops to get me what I wanted entrusted me with a car for 4 days that I hadn't even fully purchased yet :-) I would recommend these guys to anyone Casey is a very great salesman very personable :-) I would like to thank everyone that made my experience amazing any person in the dealership would be great to work with I recommend them all :-)
