Buying my WRX

Will recommend Napelton to family and friends

We purchased from Napelton 5 years ago and came back yesterday and traded those cars in for 2 new cars! Great service, friendly staff and very helpful sales and finance personnel. Will definitely keep coming back and recommending them to family and friends.

Good but I waited long

The whole expireance was good, I got the car at the price that the blue books said it should be at. But when I came back to pay for my car and get my plates it took forever, I know that you guys have like an order to things but it took longer than expected(about 45 or an hour of sitting in the waiting room)

Nick Perkins takes pride in his work, for the customer.

Nick Perkins takes pride in listening to hear what is being asked of him. He goes beyond all means to satisfy them even calls them to check on their satisfaction of what he did. Nick has even stopped by to help me to understand what he was explaining in the parking lot. Some people don't understand electronics of a car including me! He has the patience to make sure I understand what he was trying to convey to me before he left, The last thing he said, was call me if you need help. Easy and Understandable

Salesperson Justine Brugger did a fine job explaining the cars features and walking me through the buying process. She was very patient and personable. I had been a long time customer at a different dealership. I plan on using Napleton again in the future.

True example of customer service at its finest!

From the first phone call to the last handshake, J.R. and Charles made me feel welcome, made no false promises, and got the deal DONE! I would say these gentlemen were excellent to work with, kept me informed,and most importantly no pressure. I give them ten stars, and I will definitely encourage others to do business with Napelton's Autowerks of Rockford.

Perfect car for our daughter

We met with Mike and told him what we were looking for. They didn't have it at the time, but when a car came in that met our needs, he contacted us right away. It was the perfect car for our daughter. We really appreciate how he watched out for us.
