Nick Ciconte

Nick Ciconte is an excellent example of a knowledgeable communicator. He knows how to relax a prospect (me) and bring me along for a comfortable experience. Unfortunately, other circumstances, not another automobiles have caused me to decide not to purchase an automobile. As a marketing professional all my life, I know the challenges salespeople face in order to close a sale. Had it not been for unforeseen circumstances, Nick was on target.

2nd Subaru - New Dealer - Better Experience!

Matt was wonderful. He really took the time necessary to make sure I understood all of the new features. He stayed after closing, along with two others. Everyone at the dealership has been very friendly and helpful. When I came in for my first free car wash (they give you a free car wash every week for a year, I'll let you know if that repeats!) Matt was there to check in and ask if there was anything else he could do for me. I needed a sun screen, he made sure it was ordered and waiting for me when I came by. I plan on keeping this vehicle for a long time, it I do buy another I will go back to Napleton. And maybe Matthew Vincent will still be there and not retired yet.

Knowledgeable and Best Deals!

Nick is so knowledgeable not only when it comes to cars in general, but knows everything about the cars they have in their inventory as well. He can tell you how they drive and get you the best deal. I felt so comfortable about my purchase and am still happy with it

Best salesman EVER

Nick Ciconte takes the cakes when talking about best service. I work in the banking industry and deal with a lot of dealers But I have never come across a sales person who was genuinely concerned about putting me in the right vehicle. Most folks just want to make a sale but Nick is different. He went above and beyond when it came to helping me find the right car. I just bought my car a month ago and am already looking for another car for my husband and you better believe I will be buying it from Nick. Napeltons is very lucky to have him And as long as he is there I will continue to buy my cars from there. Thank you Nick For making my car buying process a breeze. I love my car.

Excellent Car Buying Experience

I was very impressed with the dealership and especially Nick Ciconte. I initially was not going to consider the vehicle I subsequently purchased, as it did not seem to meet my options criteria and the dealership was 70 miles from my home, however, Nick was thorough in his research and his consistent professionalism. He convinced me that I would be treated fairly and I would not be disappointed. He was right, I bought the car and in my dealings with Nick and both managers, Charles Madison and Troy Vail, it was a good experience. I have purchase more than 30 vehicles over the years and my buying experience was one of the best.

Buying my WRX

Will recommend Napelton to family and friends

We purchased from Napelton 5 years ago and came back yesterday and traded those cars in for 2 new cars! Great service, friendly staff and very helpful sales and finance personnel. Will definitely keep coming back and recommending them to family and friends.

Good but I waited long

The whole expireance was good, I got the car at the price that the blue books said it should be at. But when I came back to pay for my car and get my plates it took forever, I know that you guys have like an order to things but it took longer than expected(about 45 or an hour of sitting in the waiting room)
