Quick and easy!

Nick and Brian were outstanding to deal with. No pressure, No B.S. I felt like they truly wanted to earn my business by working as hard as they could to make the deal that I wanted. Also, it didn't stop after the sale was done, I call or text Nick all the time for this question or that question and he always gets back to me quickly. I consider them both friends, not just guys that work at the place I bought my car. I had worked with Brian before which is why I went back and that is when Brian introduced me to Nick....the rest, as they say, is history! I will always buy from Nick and Brian!

New car shopping

We went shopping for a new car at Napleton Subaru and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and courteous at the dealership, our salesman Mike Price answered all of our questions and wasn't pushy or trying to upsell us at all. We were able to test drive 2 cars, get financing, and drive our new car home in less than 3 hours. Would highly recommend Napleton Subaru and will definitely keep them in mind for future car purchases!

Car buying made “EASY”

Contact Lothan “JR” Henry, I asked he delivered!!!! Got an awesome deal on an exceptional vehicle. Most importantly I was in and out of the dealership on a Saturday morning. Gary Judd anc JR did all the negotiating without me nagging and got me a fantastic price on my not so stellar trade in. Yes, I wasted time searching for a better deal. Napleton's is very car buyer friendly.

Buying a car from Napleton's was pain free. Our salesman Mike was kind and focused on my son's true needs for a vehicle. He was very patient with my son as a first car buyer.

Competitive Buying Experience with Technical Excellence

Our sales guy, Tim Normoyle, was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all our technical questions with expertise and patience. Tim knows his Subaru's. He worked to gain us a competitive package. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly.

A great experience, with ALOT of profession

Nick Perkins was professional from the moment we shook hands, he allowed for my experience to go as smoothly as possible and to make sure I was able to leave the dealer with a car that fit me and my budget. Napleton's is Great!

I went to Napleton's Subaru of Rockford and was very impressed with their selection and amazing customer service. I had gone to their website to look at a Toyota Highlander and was assisted by their Internet Salesperson, Brenna Walant. The salesman that helped me was Ken Baylor. Ken was very helpful with the whole process and made it very easy. Brian Landkamp Jim Horst made the financial end of things so simple. I am very happy with my purchase and the great service I received! Thanks again everyone! :)

Great dealership experience everytime!

4 vehicles and counting in the past 9 years. That's how many our family has purchased or leased so far from Napleton's Cadillac. We have bought 3 of them working with Bob Fisher who is an excellent sales sales consultant that knows his vehicles and how to work with people. Takes the time to answer any questions and is patient and genuinely interested in making sure you are completely satisfied. The same experience working with Charles when signing the paperwork. Extremely thorough and is willing to answer questions regarding financing. Also can't forget Demian the new car sales manager working with us to get the best price. They work hard to earn your business and trust and genuinely want to take care of you. Thanks again everyone!

Great service, non-pushy attitude

We had been to many dealerships looking for a used SUV. When we arrived at Napleton’s Cadillac, Nick Perkins, one of the salesmen greated us, took us through the buying process, and assisted us in the most professional manner, as well as the other sales managers and credit manager. We never felt pressured this buy from them, they were upfront and honest and got us the best possible price on the SUV that we were interested in. Thanks again one and all for a great buying experience. We will recommend this dealership and Nick to our friends.
