These are the most lying people in the business. They...

These are the most lying people in the business. They dont have any mechanics and would never deal with again. They told me the wheel bearing wasnt out. I replaced it myself and the noise that the mechanic said was not a wheel bearing went away. They told us we had bumper to bumper coverage till we went to use it, then we had motor and trans. BEWARE!!!!

Went in to have a recall done, all the workers were in PPE. Got my car back safe and I also felt safe being at their facility.

Subaru Crosstrek

I stopped to test drive a Crosstrek to see if I would like it, I did. I test drove it, looked it over, the Salesman, Mike showed me how the seats worked and other things the car has. He was Very nice, not pushy, very helpful.

What a great dealership!

What a find. Was looking for a specific model of car and found one at Napleton Subaru. Honestly we were very nervous about how a car purchase would work in these tough times. But were totally pleased with the minimal contact process at Napleton in Rockford. These folks have it locked down. Masks, sanitizer, distancing...the whole package. AND we got a great deal on the car we wanted. This was actually the best car buying experience we have ever had. Sorry we didn't find this dealership sooner. Todd, Nolan, Ellen - you folks are the best.
