2021 Lexus NX 300H

I had seen a used Lexus online and contacted the dealer about the vehicle. They were very friendly and accommodating about seeing the vehicle and driving it. We loved the vehicle and bought it that day. This is the 3rd Lexus we have purchased from this dealer over the years Kendall has super friendly staff and the experience could not have been better. The showroom is topnotch!

Not great

Not a great experience buying a car. When we finally made a decision they tried to push an extended warranty on us, when we politely declined our salesman sent in some other guy who proceeded to tell me how the reliability of the brand had gone down in recent years, and provided a list of all the cars in the industry and their ranked reliability, with Kia in the #1 spot . We finally told him that his tactic was terrible and that it didn?t make us want to spend an extra $4k on a warranty, it made us want to buy a Kia. Not only that, instead of inviting us in to finish up the paperwork, they had my partner and I tag team back and forth from the rainy parking lot so one of us could wait with our kids who were with waiting in the car throughout this process. Not a single other member of their team was working with a client, so instead of offering us a place to hang out in the lobby, they had us pull our car into their bay. Overall: Not recommended
