Oscar Merry is very helpful. His easy to talked to and He take a note what the cleaner missed the spot in cleaning my car and they will redo the cleaning on my next appointments for 15,000 miles.

Review

First in reviewing the report it says the customer requested q 40,000 checkup. To be clear I DID NOT request it. I called up to have a checkup done. I knew I only had 27,000 miles on the car even though it is a 2018. I explained that to the person and they said I needed a 40,000 checkup. I did not request it. The report says nail in right front. I know this is my fault, but I assumed it was taken out and you would not have returned a car with a nail in the tire. I think the wording caused a problem and it should be clear that I needed to have the nail taken out and I did when the tire pressure came on. The last part and it could be my misunderstanding, but I thought the car was under warranty and was surprised there were any charges. Now would I take my car again to Kendall- yes (and growing up in Eugene I remember when it was just Kendall Ford, and the dealership was downtown).

Kendall Lexus of Eugene, Oregon

I was treated very well while closing the transaction on my new Lexus RX 450h F Sport SUV. Cooper made sure I got to test drive it and Camron walked me through all the high-tech features in the cabin. They were fantastic and I highly recommend them and Kendall Lexus.

The experience at Kendall Lexus

It was a life time experience with you and the rest of the family members of Kendall Lexus. After my family travel from Beaverton to Eugene about 107 miles. We never regretted making that decision.My family arrived in Beaverton safely and we are grateful for the support and gifts. The tutorial is excellent and easy to understand.
