I purchased a certified, used 2015 Lexus RX350 with over 100k miles. Because it was Lexus and a Lexus dealership ( I have purchased other vehicles though this same dealership), I didn?t give the purchase a second thought. Unbeknownst to me, my vehicle had after market brakes, rotors and shims. I took it back to the dealership and almost without hesitation, they told me they would replace all the parts and labor on their own dime ( over 1k). Having purchased 3 vehicles from Kendall Lexus I have one question? Why would anybody buy anything but a Lexus from Kendall Lexus of Eugene? Superior vehicles, superior service!

Eugene Lexus Service Department goes above and beyond providing basic service. They know your car and they know you. Oscar has always been our service advisor, does an excellent job and we specifically ask for him.

Kendal Lexus found me the car that I asked for in less than a week. The exterior color, interior color, and option packages were just as I asked for. No hidden charges or fees. Working with Carrie Gamache was a great experience. We started out working with Kuni Lexus of Portland but they were having a hard time finding out what was coming up as far as vehicles arriving. We haven't heard from them since March 20th this year by the way. I started with Portland because I thought they would have more inventory. I decided to call other Lexus dealers in the Northwest and Eugene was the most promising. Unlike Kuni of Portland Carrie was able to see what was in the works and she found an RX450h that was loaded with everything we wanted as far as add-ons. She told us probably 6-8 weeks but it came in in 5 weeks and she gave us a heads up a week before also to alert us. Carrie is kind and funny but yet professional as well. In our 60's but this is our first new car. Traded in our '06 Avalon with 320,000 miles. Bought the car with inheritance money. Thanks Grandpa and Grandma.

After expressing interest in a new RX 450 and finding the supply chain was down, Carrie suggested alternatives but then asked what I wanted. She said she would keep an eye out and when the desired model was preparing to ship she contacted me and we went through all the paper work to reserve it for us when it arrived. We experienced an expedited delivery and spent an enjoyable few hours closing out the paperwork and being educated in all the technology of our beautiful new RX 450h. We had an open and helpful communication throughout and the product and provider are both exceptional. This is our 6th Lexus from Kendall and we will continue as satisfied customers.
