Sean was very helpful, got the keys and I went for a test drive. I then was helped by Brendan on the financial loan and warranty suggestion which I opted for. Overall this was the easiest fastest car purchase I've ever made and I have bought over five new cars. Very helpful courteous people at Kendall Lexus. I would recommend them to family and friends and have related my experience to my family. Thank you Sean and Brendan. You guys are awesome!

After a test drive, we purchased our new RX 350h over the computer with Kendall Lexus and Neal and Camron. Camron informed us a vehicle that had all the features we wanted, would arrive in about 4-6 weeks. Neal and Camron were excellent with updates and communications as we were selling our car to a private buyer. This made timing and communications important to us, and both of these individuals were excellent! First car purchase out of town and we are very happy we chose Kendall Lexus of Eugene.

Waiting 5 months for key fob. Call them "You will have to call Lexus, we are just the dealership" "You signed a document that said you would get it in the summer, and so maybe you will get one in July" So warning if you buy a new car, insist on fob up front, better still , dont buy a Lexus.

There was no hassle with the price, trade-in value, add-ons, extra fees, up sells, or anything else. They beat my external financing. The entire purchase process was a breeze. The dealership was beautiful, and they had the car sitting out front shiny and polished when I arrived. I was in and out in less than an hour. Absolutely worth the drive all the way from Portland, and I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I am generally quite skeptical of dealerships, particularly when it comes to used cars. Kendall Lexus was exceptional with their service, pricing and expediency when I bought my used 2014 IS 250. I highly recommend considering Kendall Lexus for your next car purchase.
