All I can say is WOW!

All I can say is WOW!! Miriam delivered as promised, we came all the way from Chicago and it was worth the plane trip. The new RAV4 prime is great as is the service we received from Toyota of Hackensack. Keep up the good work and thank you for everything! Keep an eye out for a Supra, may need to drive to Jersey when it's time to replace the 2020!

Leased 3 times from this dealership went to return lease won’t even consider loyalty came out with a crazy lease number and buy out was insane did not seem like they even cared left went to Mazda got a great deal Toyota lost my business

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, neither the salesperson nor the dealership has control of incentives being offered for lease from the manufacturer, The dealership and sales functions within the parameters set by the region every given month. This has nothing to do with whether you leased 3 times prior with Toyota. With the lack of available inventory nationwide, leasing numbers are within proximity of financing numbers for most vehicles. Most clients have opted to finance their vehicles given the current market conditions.

I had to have a key made for my prius.

I had to have a key made for my prius. It was extremely expensive but it was programmed within an hour and works well. I wish the price for a new key was more affordable however.
