Great service as always!

When I took my KIA Optima turbo in for an oil change, Jimmy, the service advisor, checked my car's wheel alignment and brakes as part of the the full inspection. Everything checked out great! I have owned this car for 6 years and it has been so reliable. I appreciate the free car wash as part of the oil change, too.

I had a great experience buying a new car.

Customer service was great! Cameron was exceptional and answered all of our questions. He showed great patience while showing me all the gadgets on my new car especially when I kept saying could you repeat that again. I have already recommended this dealership to someone and I bought my car only a week and a half ago.

Excellent car car

My car has run well for the 6 years that I have owned it. I have maintenance services performed by this dealership alone. The customer service is always excellent and the service prices compared to other car dealerships is much better.

a great car buying experience

I got super lucky when I walked onto the lot and was approached by Collin R. As we all know buying its car sterotypes of taking forever, getting pressured and hard sselling techniques used. I will say Collin took the time to not only test drive two vehichles, but also took the car to my house so my family could see them as well. He never once tried to sell me on a certain vehicle but just kept trying to find out my needs and expectations. I told him the number I was hoping for based on internet advertisement, and he did everything in his power to reach that number. In the end, I chose the Van, the best buck for the needs of my family of 6. I would recommend Collin R to my family, friends and any potential car buyer!

Kia in Simi Valley is awesome!!

Mark was awesome! There was no pressure. I was given space to talk it over with my husband in private. He was friendly, personable and didn’t fit the stereotype of a car salesman. I will defiantly recommend him at Kia.
