Great experience with Mark Brody

The buying process war a great experience. The sales person was very patient with us as we were trying to make our decision on many vehicles. The people are GREAT

Everyone I interacted with were attentive, great attitude and made me feel comfortable. Jimmy was great, he didn't pressure me to get the other services done. Gabriel explained in great detail what my car's problem was and how to correct it should it happen again. Overall, great customer service and would definitely come to First Kia over the Palmdale or North Hills offices.
