Wonderful Experience

Robyn was absolutely the best. I really love texting for the status of my repairs instead of trying to call into the Service Department. I appreciate the free oil change with the completion of the recall service.

Pleasant car shopping experience

I felt the sales associate was very informative and will to find the answer to my question if he did not know it. Although the ultimate goal was of course to sell the car, I did not feel overly pressured and hounded by the sales representative or manager. Overall very pleasant car buying experience.

Awsome service. Freindly and fast

Cameron our salesman listened to what we wanted and showed us multiple options. He was very helpful in guiding us to the car and deal we could afford. Very instrumental in helping us get to a deal that worked.

Great customer service

The sales men were very friendly to my family, and were not pushy. Our salesman went out of his way to find the Kia that my daughter was looking for. We first tried Galpin Kia because they were closer, but they were trying to push a car that my daughter did not like. First Kia did all they could to find the car that my daughter was looking for, and then went out of their way to get her a payment that she could afford. We tell all of our friends about how great the sales staff was to us. Thank you again

Wonderful experience

First Kia of Simi made our new car buying experience a great one! There was no pressure to buy, and everyone was extremely friendly. D.C. was wonderful to work with. Everyone was wonderful to our kids. Highly recommend First Kia of Simi!

Jimmy and Robyn are the best. There both very good at there job. Never had a bad visit, because jimmy and Robyn always take care of me .
