Great service

Sales agent was great to work with, as well as the finance department. Amenities sufficient. Distance a little too far.

Great Service

I was so relieved to find the salesman, Jeremy, and the Sales Manager, Sid, non-aggressive and non-pushy. I felt if I walked away from buying a car the first time, I could always come back and talk to them again, without feeling "pushed" into buying a car.

Great Salesperson = Great Experience

I could have purchased the car from another dealership for less money but I appreciated the service Darcel provided and had confidence that all his communication was honest, accurate and transparent. He went out of his way to provide an easy way for me to get all of the details I needed and once I went into the dealership, it was a very easy process. He was very personable, but also respectful and really cared about doing his very best to provide great service, good value and a great product. If not for Darcel, I would have purchased elsewhere.

Jimmy Maguglin was terrific. He kept me informed during the process and tried to save me money anywhere he could. If Kia opened up a dealership by my house I would still drive to Simi because of Jimmy.

The service department is efficient and very friendly. They are the best ever. I will only buy Kia cars. This is our 6th Kia. We dealt with Robin and we just love her.
