My new Soul Plus purchase

Daniel Roebuck (AKA DC) is a terrific salesperson. Sid, the general Manager was excellent as well!

Awesome Service!

Always polite, pleasant, and professional service and attention....from our first contact with Robin.....then Vince comes to find out if everything was satisfactory...then back to Robin to then paying for the service that is always less than expected.....or nothing because it is covered.....We cannot think of anywhere else we would take our cars for service....it feels like we are visiting old friends every time we come here

Service

All went well. And the people are all very nice. But it did take longer than I expected to do an Oil Change. 2 hours is a bit much when I had an appointment.

Car Repair

Jimmy was very friendly and really helpful. He conducted himself in a really proper and professional manner, which is the kind of behavior that would make me want to return to your dealership. For example, when I got there he repaired my car's manual transmission knob himself in under 30 seconds. This was a lot faster than the half-day job I was told my car would need to be repaired when I originally called your dealership to make an appointment. His overall demeanor was just very pleasant.

Excellent service department

Robin was so nice and helpful. The waiting room is comfortable, love the snacks, and free WiFi! I felt very comfortable here and my service was completed fast. Love the text updates.
