Great service and communication

Engine Recall

The service representative was very helpful and informed me of all issues with my auto. They told me right up front that they would need my car most of the day

Another good trip to First Kia

Seemed to be a disconnect between phone staff and service staff on when a recall item could be fixed. Initially, was told by phone staff that Saturday was fine to bring in, but came to learn that Saturday's have a reduced number of techs. Still, they managed to fix the recall item.

Great costumer service rep

robyn was able to explain things to me that made sense to me without an argument. Communicating with rep was so easy looking

Great Service

Everyone was so nice and efficient from the get go. Jimmy was awesome and so was the rest of the staff. Waiting area was comfortable and cool! I 'll be back!

Excellent customer service!!

Jimmy was so great!!! He explained what exactly the recall was for. Said he would call me at 1:30 to let me know what time car would be ready which he did. I said my car needs washing and he said he would take care of that. Excellent customer service Jimmy provides!

Very clean and friendly place.

More than anything I liked the very sharp and knowledgeable salesman who helper me in the process of getting my new Sportage. His name is Jeremy Corwin.

Oil Change

Friendly staff. Very heavy handed in asking for customer participation in these surveys. I almost feel as though their job depends on them getting these surveys done. If that is the case...that policy should stop. And if it is only the case of them getting an extra $50 for surveys...quit pushing them so hard.
