My first, but not last, visit to 1st Kia!

Friendly and professional! Loved how we were reminded via email and phone, that does help! We were greeted right away by Jimmy when I pulled my car in, he had all our information. Very quick check-in and we received a call when my car was done and right on time too! My car even got washed which I really appreciated! Thank you again Jimmy, and I promise I will get the oil changed at 5,000 miles!

Fantastic

Attentive to our needs/service. Recommendations for places to eat while we waited for our service to be complete. Gave our daughter an activity book.

Great service

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Didn't take long. Had free water and coffee and tv. Had restaurant close by. Came to tell how far along your car is and what was done and what still needed to be done.

Excellent Service

The service advisors are very friendly and personable and remember my name not matter how long it has been since I've last been in. While waiting for my vehicle to have the oil changes and a tire issue, I browsed the lot as we plan to purchase a new car within the next 6 to 8 months. The sales people did not pressure me or hover at all once I told them I was only browsing today even though I picked up brochures and looked at a car in the showroom. The customer lounge is small, but well appointed with TV, phone charge port, a desk for working, vending machines, free coffee/tea, water and even fresh donuts! I am very happy with this dealership. They do care about their customers and take all feedback seriously to improve and it shows.
