The best dealership around!

Everything. The staff and service are the best. Especially that sales consultant Cameron he's very knowledable and really listens to what people want.

Great service

Absolutely no wait time. We were created by a very friendly, and courteous attendant. Service was performed efficiently and professionally and in a very reasonable amount of time too. Our car was also complimentary washed upon completion of service. I also receive great service at 1st Kia of Simi Valley

Happy New Kia Sorento Owner

Robin was great and it took less than an hour for the maintenance. We didn't have an appointment, and it took less than an hour for the maintenance.

Great experience! Outstanding customer service!

I thought D.C., our main contact too his time to make sure he can assist us with any questions we had. Plus since he was a good listener, he was concerned about my aching back so he made sure I didn't walk and moved cars right in front of me. He also bought us iced tea!

Top Notch Service at First Kia!

Great staff! They go above and beyond and make our visits very pleasant. I love the pull up station, makes dropping off our cars easy and convenient. They are so friendly to us and our dog too!
