Great service and clean waiting room

Everyone was friendly and my car was done quickly also the service writer gave me a token for a free coffee or soda while I was waiting in the waiting room and donuts.

KIA soul service review

Good communications and fair price. I have been a customer of First KIA of Simi Valley since 2009 and this is my3rd car that I purchased from them. They serviced all my cars and next year I will trade in mySoul for a new car.

Good service. Clean facility.

The service writer was very pleasant and informative. Dealership is pleasant enough but dated. Attempted buying experience there last year not good. Bought elsewhere.

Excellent customer service

Everyone is always in a good mood...never make you feel rushed (even though they are very busy). Fair honest prices, which they make sure you are aware of before work is done. All are friendly, but Robin is exceptional.

Everyone was very helpful in many ways. Such as explaining everything that needed to be done, or when I was waiting for my car to be serviced they all made sure I was taken care of with food or something to drink in the waiting area.
