In my experience I have always been made to feel comfortable and not intimidated. People are sincere, positive and extremely friendly. How nice that I was even offered a snack.

Incredible experience at First Kia
The KNOWLEDGE. We cannot thank Collin enough for his patience, his guidance and plain old expertise when speaking of your vehicles. We were shopping for our teenage daughter's first car after her boyfriend had just had a huge accident in his vehicle over the weekend. We were looking for safety above all else. Collin listened to us and then walked us through all of the features of every model in the lot. We initially were on our way to another dealership for a completely different type of vehicle, but after having all of the facts presented to us, and experiencing the kindness of Collin K. at First Kia, we went back. And when the color we wanted wasn't on the lot- Collin went to pick it up for us- even driving it home to is AFTER the purchase to take the time to explain to my daughter how everything worked. We simply cannot praise him enough- especially after having so many bad experiences with other larger dealerships in the area that make a customer feel uneasy. Collin and First Kia will now be our go-to for our other children's cars when the time comes.

1st St Kia -Small town family feel.
Started with Maggie Kilgore from internet sales was a Great Help , took good care of us. Darcel our salesperson was Great. He was so Nice and Helpful. Then Mr. Bob got us a deal and done.
