Good Service

I liked how quick the service was and how kind every one was. I was a little disposed that they recommended replacing the windsheild wipers and my cabin filter after I just got them replaced.

Robin and Jimmy in the Service Dept provide amazing service, always going above and beyond!! Most people dread having to take their car in for maintenance, luckily I've never had that issue with Kia :)

Great service

Very friendly and efficient check in with Robin. She advised it would take about an hour and it wound up being a 45 min wait

Great service, quick, friendly and reliable

Robin is amazing- very helpful and caring- wouldn't go anywhere else. Fast and reliable. Brought my car in for service, they called to see if it was covered under my extended warranty- it was- yay! They communicated often and my car was ready when I was told it would be and they found things that I didn't even address when I brought my car in and fixed it. They are great!!

Excellent team members

Everyone was very attentive but not overly intrusive. They were able to answer all of my questions without sounding like an over the top sales pitch. The process was very easy.
