Great customer service!

This facility has the best overall customer service. Your rep Jimmy was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He saw that I had my 3 month old daughter with me and made arrangements to make it the most convenient for her. He was the best part of my visit at First Kia.

great and pleasant service

Robin is always extremely helpful and remembers me when I come in. She understands that I care about my car and takes time to walk around when I drop it off and also when I pick it up

Great service

My wife and I went in for a oil change on our leased hybrid optima , we were told that the mileage to date was over and that we would have to pay a great amount back to own it, my wife really fall in love with the hybrid , but the way it was explained to us ,it was best to leave the car that see loved , and buy not leased a new car. So we are now starting over with a new 2017 Optima.
