Service desk are always attentive.

They are always very attentive. I hope im getting her name right. I believe is Robyn. She is the brunette lady that is on charge of service desk. She is great. Been there since we bought the car on 2014 and we never had a problem talking to her.

Awesome service.

Mark, our salesman. He made the whole experience enjoyable. Not pushy but informative. Very nice guy. He was very honest and didn't make the entire experience about money and the car. He took time to listen and find what was important to my wife and I.

Great, customer service.

I was kept informed the whole time about what was being done to my vehicle. Jimmy gave me the tire quote I requested and gave me suggestions on what was a priority on my vehicle. He explained the services that would be done and kept me in the loop the whole time. Probably one of my better experiences at a dealership.

Great Service!

Mark, greeted us with a welcoming smile and ready to answer any of our questions. He told us it was his third week at this job, and genuinely told us that if he couldn't answer a question he would definitely find it out for us. He was friendly and offered cars according to how I described my liking. I was so happy that everything went so smoothly and my first car purchase was a success! Everyone at Kia was of great help.
